I have lived here all my life. I am sorry, but most of what you guys saw was not Nashville. It was Nashvegas. Most of us around here rarely go there except to see the Predators or Titans play. The bbq and Pucketts is a good example of Nashville. That thing you made was not a Goo Goo. I didn’t even know that place existed. I am glad you enjoyed your visit. Next time try to venture out from the Broadway area. See a show at the Ryman. You won’t regret it. Go to Loveless Carr for original cooking. Go to the Bluebird cafe, especially on writers night. Go visit the Hermatige Hotel just a couple of blocks from Broadway. Built in 1910 and a beautiful place. I am glad you enjoyed your visit and hope you return soon.
You two are the cutest enjoyed the tour the food looked amazing the donuts yum and you guys clean up really good Rachel have a Happy Mother's Day love you guys ❤️😊
Glad you’re having fun! I used to go to a bar in Nashville called 3rd and Lindsley Bar and Grill. Not big, and not fancy, but great food and music is killer!
We live here in Middle Tennessee and frequent Chauhan’s. It is by far our favorite restaurant. I give regular reviews on their fantastic food, and yes, the poutine is one of their best dishes along with the tikka masala with shrimp..
Thank you! We are in Nashville now and just ate lunch at Puckett's because of your recommendation... delicious!! Amazing meatloaf and that skillet cinnamon bun is next level. 🎉❤
See, THIS is why I LOVE your videos...they are shot and edited so well...VERY inspiring!! I sooo want to create my own Goo Goo Cluster!! How do you find this stuff? LOLL Thank you for another GREAT video!!
Thank you so much! We just love to travel and do as much as we can - it's a true passion and we have so much fun watching them back even haha is that weird??
Goo Goo bars (not custom) available at Cracker Barrel by the box. BBQ joint you chose looks great. BNA was one of our favorite destinations as well. Thanks for taking us along.
Not for me because they went to Peg Leg porker. That place sucks. No locals eat there. You see they only have one location. EWWWWWWW sweet ass BBQ sauce.
Thanks so much Bill and Lisa. Nashville is so fun. I think I remember a video of your from a couple years ago, it is definitely booming. It’s almost too busy at night for us but that’s why we love the day drinking. Basically the same everything but easier to find a seat or table 🤣
Wow great job guys ! Looked like you got pretty wasted lol . The steamed up glasses place looked like my kind of place. Looks like a mini Vegas . I will have to go sometime . Thanks again love you guys !
Omg! We live in Nashville! You guys are the reason we booked Icon of the Seas and then you show up in our fair city! You should have called me! 🤣 I could have shown you nothing because I don't care for country music and I rarely go downtown. Lmao!! Fun video - I do love me some Nashville Hot Chicken!
I have a bucket list food item in Nashville and I haven't gone yet. It's Five Daughters' Bakery. I don't know how far it would be from your downtown area, might have to Uber to it. Anyway, they have a 100 layer doughnut filled with vanilla cream. I saw it on "The Best Thing I Ever Ate" on Food Network and I have to have it.
I have lived here for 54 years and a few of the places I have never heard of. I will definitely hit up the Indian restaurant soon. Glad you had fun in our city.
Nashville has a lot of different options when you go there for a visit, and all of the places and restaurants have amazing food and options for you to try.
I was laughing with you (not at you lol) when you came out of Garth Brooks bar with all of the beer 🍺 cups. You would have to carry me out 😁Tennessee looks like a great place to visit especially all the food
@@longgunner7625 Either rent a car for the day to do Jack Daniels or see about a tour that picks you up and had transportation included. I hate to think what an uber would cost. Downtown Nashville you definitely don't need a car
@@JoshRachael Yes. Definitely will not need it for downtown. For sure I’ll look into a tour bus to the distillery. I can just imagine how much an Uber will be. Again thank you guys so much.
New subscriber just was algorithm your channel . I live 2.5 hours from Nashville in rural upper west Tennessee. I was at goo goo's last march , that must be new. Omg it looked amazing , I bought 3 boxes of goo goo's. $100 @ candy kitchen as it is a must visit for those visiting. $255 for the house of cards id cry . My brother said si Robertson from duck dynasty favorite place . Pucketts has great food. Lord, I can't do spicy, so yall put me in hospital. How you survive ghost pepper you both have huge set of these --->⚾️⚾️s 😅. My favorite place to eat is Ted's absolutely the best bison 🦬 steak you'll ever eat . On my next visit, I'm getting 2 new York strips. Parthenon is a really cool place dress according to weather no ac there . I'm definitely following your channel.
@JoshRachael Ted's Montana grill , I was taking to eat last year . Yall , yall , yall I'm going back , I'm buying 2 of the bision steaks . Their pickles are good, but I'm not a pickle person . Maybe I'll run into yall in the best music city ever ..
I'll be visiting Nashville in a few months (May), and I absolutely love your channel for research! If any locals have suggestions for hidden gems to see or visit, feel free to share them below. I love discovering unique spots before I travel!
My son went to college in Mashville. Definitely do the Grand Old Opry, walk the Vanderbilt campus, it is an arboretum. Do Loveless Cafe, Cheekwood Museum
I'm a Jersey girl and planning a trip to Nashville for the opening of Odie's Bar, owned by Old Dominion Band, sometime within the next weeks and this video is so helpful. Would you suggest the best hotel to stay in. Not right on Broadway. Thank you so much.
Very cool! We only can vouch for Omni and Westin, both nice, close but a little pricey. We did a VRBO in The gulch area and liked that as well be a decent walk away from Broadway
Have you heard of 303 in the cut? It’s a late night food truck in Las Vegas that people are raving about. It looks awesome. You should totally check out the next time you are there. This will sound cheeky but I’m secretly hope you do before we next visit Vegas so you can give us the low down 😂.
Why the Parthenon recreation? Nashville was also considered the Athens of the South because of at the universities, etc. so the Parthenon was the center place of Tennessee's 100th Birthday celebration in Centennial Park.

How did you not order the Kool-Aid pickles at the first place? Great video...food looked pretty good!
Good question! We did consider it and even asked the bartender to describe them. They are pickles soaked in Kool Aid…and we passed on them 🤣
