Many people are either going to Alberta just for Tax relaxation and others are going to Atlantic Canada for cheaper house range which is booming now cause of immigrants. I am also planning to buy a house in either of those places. If I plan to buy in Ontario, what could be those genuine factors to change my mind towards southern Ontario and not in Alberta and Atlantic Canada i.e NB, NS, PEI, NL. no limit you can buy as soon as you qualify so if its cash deal then right away
