Well, I'm glad you took my criticism in stride. Of course, I get it since I'm a KISS fan and get plenty of similar scrutiny for that as well. Thanks for watching.
Glad you dug it, and that you're inspired to get some unfamiliar releases as a result. Much is what producers like you and I do for the vinyl (and music) community.
Thanks, Andy. Always pleased when folks express an interest in the comparatively lesser known bands in my episodes. A lot of them deserve further exploration.
I definitely dig the album enough to chase after the alt cover. But, for now, I have a zillion other record purchases that take priority. Perhaps you understand?
Great reacquisitions! I guess I like Atrophy's album more than you, I think it and "Violent by Nature" are both very worthy. Glad to see you got Exciter's debut again, such a classic. I saw the re-release of "Violence & Force" the other day at Joe's Albums and I noticed it was missing a track (Evil Sinner). I wonder if the re-release of "Heavy Metal Maniac" is missing any tracks. Also glad you got "Black Metal" again, my favorite from them. Are you feelin' wild?!?!
Yeah, I heard that about Evil Sinner. I also heard the cover art reproduction is horrible compared to the original. As for Black Metal, I just bought the re-issue on 2-LPs with bonus material. Hope it comes soon, given the sluggish postal service these days.
My good sir how can you mention the gloriously ridiculous "I'll See The Light Tonight" video without pointing out that it is actually Mark Boals lip synching to Jeff Scott Soto's vocal track? Blasphemous!!! Lol
I could have gone into that but when I doing these episodes, I sometimes avoid some details to also avoid going down the proverbial rabbit-hole. But, yes, Boals is in there. Just like Mark Slaughter in the Vinnie Vincent Invasion music video for one of their first-album tracks.
What did YOU think of these albums, either back when they came out or even now? Let me know that, or anything else relevant, in the comments below.
I have both Atrophy albums on original vinyl, and the album cover is part of my music tattoo sleeve. So yes I love it.

@@TheAccusationNetwork if people can't handle criticism then TH-cam is the wrong place to be. Keep up the good work dude.
Venom - Black Metal changed my life ... unmatched masterpiece
It was my first extreme metal album, discovered two years after its release. It'll always have a nostalgic importance to me.
Great episode. Atrophy and Exciter is on my want list!!

A fantastic playlist, the Jaguar, Atrophy and Exciter albums are all high on my want list.

You are like the Wikipedia of Metal.
Thanks! I will wear that title with great pride.
