Yeah cool - so after watching this I spent 2+ hours scouring maps and satellite images of the west desert. Honestly, time well spent! Great video, thanks for the inspiration to get out there!
Flat gravel, rocky roads up and Snow! What a road ! Envy you about the road conditions! Big wide roads with Gravel isn’t available in Korea. Need to go up mountains to find short and unpaved utility roads. Anyway. another nice video! 👏
@@Snapper85_outdoors Utah has such a diverse range of terrain, over 80,000 miles of OHV trail, 22.8 million acres of public use land, and the U.S. forest service manages over 8 million acres of land. Utah is an amazing place to explore!
@@themotoexperience Being Cyclist over 14years prior owning motorcycle, I always thought California (around SF) and Portland, OR was the very first place came to my mind for doing fun things in Nature. Utah was never on my list, but is now on wishlist to go for adventures. I realized Zion National Park is part of UT where I've gone during my stay in US 1994-1996. Anyway, Will look forward for your another adventure video! 😆
@@dreadwraith8940 It is a bit pricey for a new rider, would recommend a cheaper used bike if it’s your first motorcycle. Cost aside the 400x is an amazing bike! Handling and ergonomics are great, comfortable riding position, good suspension, and plenty of power for a 400cc.
Thank you! No changes to the suspension yet but I do want to increase the rear preload and see how it feels. Still riding the stock Metzeler Karoo Street tires. They’ve been good enough off-road but I could definitely use more traction on corners
Yes, I ride with off-road mode ON👍🏻 it turns off traction control and ABS and displays two orange lights on the speedometer. If the engine is turned off and the key is cycled it will turn off-road mode OFF so sometimes I forget to turn it back on :)

There are quite a few cool places out there, pretty far away but worth seeing!
Great video! I’m been tossing around the idea of getting one of these bikes. Your video just convinced me to do it! Cheers!
Thanks! It is such a fun bike, but I do try to keep it off any serious trails. Will eventually get a more capable adventure bike.
