    Thanks for the great video. A bit controversial, but not taking your phone to the gym and or leaving it in locker room. A) we don't need headphones to train B) it's a great way to reduce phone time C) less distractions at the gym D) much more likely this way to make new friends in the gym. 🎉😂

      Cheers Matt 👊 I definitely agree it's worth training in silence occasionally to reduce reliance on music, and in different environments. Good shout as an easy win to reduce screen time - it's cool seeing people go for the old school physical logbook method
