7th IGFC Adria Race, Grobnik 2021 - Classic Motorcycle Racing heaven, walk along pit-lane and enjoy
IGFC Adria Race ... First class Classic Motorcycle Racing event organized by austrian club IGFC (Interessensgemeinschaft Formel Classic). Location is Grobnik, ex Grand Prix race track near Rijeka city in Croatia.
What motorcycles you can see (and hear in some cases) in this 23 minute video: Well, in no particular order ... Aprilia AF1 250 GP, Harris Kawasaki, Honda VTR 1000 SP-1 and SP-1,5 (yes, take a look), Yamaha TZ 250 W, Schwingen Suzuki 1100, Yamaha RD 350, Honda RS125R, Yamaha YZF750R, Suzuki GSXR 750 SRAD, Benelli 750 racing, Ducati 450 Desmo corsa, Haider Laverda, Laverda Formula 750S, Triumph Trident Low Boy, Honda NC30, Yamaha FZ 750, Suter MMX 500, Suzuki TL1000R, LCR Koenig 2-stroke sidecar (yes, it's painfully loud), Kaczor BMW 500, Spondon Rotax 250, Yamaha RD 500, Matchless G50, Gilera Saturno, Honda CBX and many, many more two-stroke and four-stroke racing machinery ...

Gorgeous bikes there.. that SP-1 sounded superb with the gear driven cams.. wish my RSV sounded like that 😄 Bikes like this get under your skin, I have a few now.. ‘99 Fireblade, ZX12R, GSXR750 SRAD, Aprilia RSV Factory & ZXR 750 H2 🙂

Loris Reggiani ... sono felice di dire che l'ho visto dal vivo in diverse gare di GP negli anni '80.
I really miss the two stroke era.
Sound, smell, powerband and temperament.
I raced a KR1S and RS250 back in the 90s, before moving to the 4 strokes.
I really wish I'd held onto them, they're like hens teeth today, so difficult to find and so much more expensive if you can find one.
Feel free to join classic racing events ... enjoy the forgotten feelings again!
