Why do some polos go slow

The polos affected have larger total frames than Time, which is the BPM that everything is synced to. The faster the BPM, the less frames an animation needs. Because I had to speed up Skylines, Downtown, and The Bells, they will look slow because they have higher totals than Time and they were animated for their respective BPM, which is not 160bpm. Also, when they stop, they just ran out of frames.
I'm not gonna reanimate 60 polos btw.
