I recently bought sugarpop lip balm.... I love it! It melts on the lips like some sort of oil and gets absorbed into the lips and not sit on top of it like wax! And it hydrates the lips like crazy!!! I have super dry lips that gets flaky super easily... well that was before using this lip balm! ever since I started using this, what is dry flaky lips?
