Vij sir, earlier I didn't like chalk n board, so I was not watching ur videos and I was searching for some other platform... But I couldn't arrange for other platform, so out of no options left just watched menstrual cycle topic from ur prepladder video lectures and became fan of u... Thereafter I never even thought of other platforms.... Ur simplicity, morals and funny way inculcated in ur lectures... I remember 1 joke from ur lecture. 😂

Keep learning, chalk and board is just another method to teach.
And well, its actually a Smart board... but I like the feel of this method. It makes me feel that I am in a class. reading from a Tab gets monotonous in a while.

Hysteroscope, "exept" was not given! Neither the option was septal resection. So I guess the correct answer should be asherman.

Sir Gynecologists are even prescribing PPI and domperidone in 1st trimester.But only few drugs are safe in 1st trimester. Are they doing unethical practice by doing so?

ECV is obsolete now a days not done. If during the procedure you are compelled to operate then you are doing crime as baby is still not attained term
thats because obstetrics is not practiced as it was earlier!
there is nothing obsolete about ECV... we still do it ! in fact i take pride in doing IPV for Transverse lie in second of twins as and when I am able to.
Please... i hope you'll agree that learning a cesarean section will take only 5 days for anybody
knowing when to do one and when to do ecv and when to do IPV... will take experience and lots of hours taking care of pregnant women.

Sir , same anaemia question when discussed by psm faculty .mam told after 12weeks only prophylaxis is given , iron in anaemic patient can given as early as 8week. Please solve this dilemma before putting the question in question bank . Highly regards
This is sir's subject. He is the one practicing it. So, let's believe him
Psm teacher told 8 wks because patient have anemia . So don't wait they give as soon as possible..

Well, if its severe anemia, then we do treatment whenever and wherever !
but since this is 9gms, we can do initiation t 12 and beyond. simple
Sir, do we not classify anaemia in trimester 1 and treat accordingly? If parental iron is contraindicated in trimester 1 and not oral then in which condition we would use oral iron in T1?
In 36 +6d transverse lie question.. expectant (wait and watch option ) was there
the time given to you was to find out if we know about version. everyone would easily say cesarean for T lie in fact... but obstetrics is not CS for everything.

Multi cases always you can expect spontaneous rotation till the time the labor start.

For Normal delivery only they are doing cesarian , opting safe mode
As patient had adequate liquor clearly mentioned expectant management should be the answer
Bijoy.. 36 weeks will have adequate liqour. That is the reason why we can do a ECV at 36 weeks . if the liqour is less, then we cant.
Anyway. youll have to see one to understand. but i didnt want to give up without explaining. come to my hospital ..SSH delhi... and we shall show you one. not an uncommon procedure.
latest williams.. chapter 28, has a proper section on ECV.... just to tell you that its still a valid thing to do !

Dr Wajid... its used. its easier to do for a T-lie than for a Breech actually.

Yes breast is absent ....So rule out AIS....bcoz in Ais breast will be seen bcoz of estrogen that is formed from androgen....but hair not seen dt resistance....So obviously the answer is Hypergonadotropic hypogonadism

Internal podalic is done only during active labour
