Welcome back from your holiday break! I’m looking forward to another year of Joel content! 😊 I’m not much of a long term goal-setter. At the moment my main goal is to get back on my regular exercise routine, which has been completely thrown off by the holidays. And maybe add more walking into the mix. I’ve got a European trip coming up in the spring (including London, woo hoo!) and I want to be able to walk around and sight-see without getting too exhausted.
