I love this. Please tell Christoffer how much we love him in the videos and seeing his joy and take on things. He has become a necessary part of your videos, and we truly love and appreciate him! I guarantee he has a fan club! 😂
As this was being filmed, my husband and I were flying in to Svalbard to experience Polar night for ourselves. What a fun adventure! Then, to top it off, we met Christopher and Cecilia at baggage claim in Oslo yesterday. I'm sure we were complete dorks, but you both were so kind. We will keep watching from Chicago and remembering how special Svalbard is (and by the way, our names are Jim and Jill; we forgot that part).
I liked Christoffer talking so enthusiastically about his appliance since he doesn't get a chance to talk that much it's nice to get to know him better and what he likes! 🙂
He gets a good chance to talk, he said sometimes he doesn't know what to say to the camera so he leaves it all up to Cecilia, and then she gives him ideas of what to say to him. The thermomix conversation has no off button or the cabin lol.
As a mom of 3 i totally agree. Having kids is undeniably a wonderful experience. Also a HUUUGE commitment. Probably the biggest there is. So if you are not sure if its for you, dont do it. If more people would think like that, we had way less children out there suffering thanks for being open and honest about it.
Spot on. I've worked with families/children for many years & a lot of my clients shouldn't have had kids or only stuck to 1 or 2. Kids aren't for everyone.
Many times I would say the opposite is true. I did not want kids but my GF wanted it. I knew it was very important for her so I had to make a choice. One thing I did not want, is make her regret staying with me and getting depressed. In the end I knew my decision was based more on not knowing if I could be a good parent and I was not that into kids. So I decided that I wanted to stay with my GF and generally it is better trying something than not doing so. And I truly think it is the best thing ever. Generall if you are in doubt at least I think you should go for it. It is just the biggest experience in life. I am so happy my GF made me see that I wanted something I did not think I wanted.
I’m 70 and never had a desire to have kids, for a handful of reasons. That decision was best for me but I love the times I’ve spent with my nieces and nephews, but that was all I desired. The one and only time I regretted not having children was a few months after I retired, the world was in covid quarantine and I was having computer/IT problems and no longer had access to my former employer’s great IT department! That’s when I wished I had a 4 yr old grandchild to fix my computer. My nieces and nephews were hours away. Kids these days are born knowing technology. But I got over that and figured out how to fix it, thanks to TH-cam! Where there’s a woman with a will, there’s a way.
Enjoy your life guys. Having kids isn't a must. It isn't the rose scent and moonshine what people wants you to believe. It is a huge responsibility and what Christoffer said: it ask a lot of thinking and planning about everything. There is more in life than having kids. When you don't feel it and want it for the full 100% it is better not to do it. 😊 Irma from the Netherlands
Irma, kindly sod off. People have raised children in cold, wet holes in the ground for centuries without planning and thinking. She's 35. Has maybe 7 years left to get pregnant and then she can't ever change her mind. That flaccid piece of meat she lives with is a manchild incapable of commitment who could father a child 20 years from now. He never proposed, he's comfortable not having a job, and keeps her from having children. It's the worst a man can be.
I wish more people would consider putting in so much planning on children there are so many kids out there longing and looking for love and the parents probably shouldn’t of had them 😢
I appreciate comments like this. I desperately wanted kids but unfortunately it wasn’t in the cards for us (after many years of treatments and grief). And now we’re exploring our childfree-not-by-choice life and it’s helpful to see others living an incredible alternate experience. ❤
My mom cried a little when she opened your book on Christmas-she loves the peace and learning of your videos and likes that she can “visit” through the book now, too. ❤
I bought Cecilia’s book for a friend as a Christmas gift, and to help her pass the time as she recovered from knee replacement. She loves it! She loves Grim too…he reminds her of her dog Jack. He is a pit bull, but very sweet. He was actually attacked once by a labradoodle. He was traumatized.
I appreciate having a childfree woman publicly unapologetically just having a good time living life. If the time comes where it feels right for y'all, then that's that. Until then, I'm loving the Svalbard DINKS and their cabin projects
I love to hear Christopher speak on things he's passionate about and that you respect him by letting him speak his peace. You are quite the force of nature and that you have the sensitivity to know you need to back down a bit to let him take the time to express himself shows the respect you have for your man.
Hello Cecilia 👋, I am 9 years old and I think I am your youngest fan 🎉😂 and If I am pls let me know 😂, I will be soooo happy, thank you 😊 How is Grim? He is the cutest dog I have ever seen 😍, love Giordano
Hi kiddo! Please stay safe on the web keep your boundaries up and skip the stuff that you know is bad... Be smart with what you're watching and protect your beautiful mind! Never talk to strangers in private chat! Cecilia & Christopher are a great choice well done!👍
😂😂😂😂😂😂. They would be the best parents to have though. Cecelia with her happiness and energy and Christofer with his vast skills and knowledge and he would be a very good teacher. If they had kids, those kids would have a great life, that’s for sure!
My favorite Christmas gift was when my sister, who is a library director, bought ME a copy of your book and a copy for her library!!! Thank you for your effort of creating it and publishing it.
I really love your thoughts on children...basically if you don't feel it as a moment of joyful anticipation, then maybe it's not something to be doing. Children are great, but you can have them in your life without committing to 18+ years of daily life changes, ie welcoming and mentoring nieces/nephews and godchildren can also bring fulfillment and joy.
Also it's usually not something you should be asking strangers.. would you ask your friend? Probably not unless they're ready to talk about it. Cecilia +christoffer have chosen to answer this question so it was alright for them but the person asking this question might really reconsider about asking this another time. It's a really personal question and it can be emotional to a lot of women. Maybe they have had a miscarriage and still deal with grief, maybe they're trying and it just doesn't work, maybe they want to but their spouse is a little bit unsure, maybe they don't have a close relationship with their parents themselves... and we just think its okay to ask people that. What seems like a harmless inquiry could unintentionally reopen wounds, pressure someone into sharing details they’re not ready to discuss, or place them in an uncomfortable position to justify their choices. Its not per se problematic but its an incredibly sensitive subject. We need to remind ourselves to be mindful and respectful again.
@@not-a-ghost2206wow ! What a lecture. I disagree. It is certainly a question that I would ask my friend. That’s why we’re friends in the first place lol. As for strangers who put themselves in the public eye on social media then they are open to these Q&A sessions. You should really be mindful about preaching to others about asking perfectly acceptable questions out of curiosity on a platform that is inviting same, because it seems to make Only You uncomfortable 😉. I don’t think it’s an insensitive question in this instance and they could have chosen to ignore the question easily. So yeah.. maybe have a re think about telling people that they should be more mindful here and take a lesson from your own words. 😉
I love seeing how Christopher, who is super introverted, is so supportive with his extrovert partner. I’m also very introverted while my husband and my son are the complete opposite!
How do you know he's an introvert? It has nothing to do with how much you talk or how outgoing you are. I get the feeling that he is more chatty when he speaks Swedish🙂
@@malinjohansson1986 introverted doesn't mean quiet. it means that you get your energy charged when being alone/in the quiet. whilst extrovert people get their energy from being around other people. Christoffer is absolutely an introvert. He thrives when being in a cabin alone or with just a few people, and it's obvious that Cecilia is an extrovert. Outgoing, gets energy when there's lots of things happening and around other people.
She has made me appreciate the winter season rather than dreading it. True, driving in wintry conditions isn’t always fun and can be downright scary. But at the same time, watching the snow fall and playing in it with my daughter can be so much fun! We went to Niagara Falls, Canada, a couple of weeks ago, and it was snowing a lot and pretty cold. It didn’t bother me! They have a beautiful winter Festival of Lights there, and it was so nice walking around seeing all of the lights there! The snow added to the beauty of the lights! Anyway, the point is it didn’t bother me this time whereas I used to dread snow!
I say this as a mother of 2 who chose to have them - don't. You have such a unique, beautiful life, full of freedom and adventure. I wouldn't change that for the world. Plus, Christoffer is closer to 50, and yes, he's healthy, but the exhaustion newborns bring, plus the sheer amount of care, time and STUFF they need is no joke. You have both worked so hard for this little slice of heaven. Enjoy your lives as a family of 3. ❤
I never saw Christopher look so seriously happy as in the snippet where he was lugging the "100 kilos"of food" and preparing to walk to the off-grid cabin in the middle of nowhere. It takes a lot to get a Norwegian to effuse like that, at least from my experience. The hytte certainly holds a very special place in his heart.
Having a sweet dog is the best part of being a parent, without years of high stress, school and lessons demands, and years of talking back! Dogs are like a 2 year old in a doggy suit! Cute, cuddly and they don’t grow up and move away!
So true. Having raised 4 daughters, the last left the nest last year. It's a lot of investment. My oldest just turned 40. My youngest will be 19. (Yes, you can have kids later in life!) Worth it? Yes... but.... my dogs stay with me. They are the kids that will never move away from me. So enjoy each other and Grim! There's time to change your mind if you want. Have a happy new year and a beautiful vacation! Thank you for sharing your beautiful lives with us! ❤
I am on the same wavelength re: kids! I don't think a lot of people take it as seriously as they should AND I still think you can be maternal/paternal without giving birth. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Love you guys how natural you are. You’re a lovely couple and really enjoy watching your content. It’s nice to slow down and embrace the winter season with you three!
You both are so generous to include all of us! Thank you for giving of yourselves! I’ve been a Widow 4 years now. Your videos give me such a nice break from life.❤
It’s a joy when Christoper lights up and goes off on a tangent talking about his Thermommixer. His enthusiasm in sharing his own recipes and ideas for using it and what he likes about it are contagious. Don’t hit his “OFF”switch too quick.
You and Christoffer enjoy your passions and peace, I respect that. With kids, you can no longer spend time doing things for just you, for the reasons of there’s a whole other human being with needs and necessities and those things must come first. I respect that you two know that and have the emotional intelligence to say, essentially, ya know what… I enjoy my hobbies (reading, cabin life, boat trips, quiet and peace and nature, etc.) and those things can’t be the forefront anymore with a baby; those things could no longer be primary. And tbh I don’t blame you guys for those thoughts. I too enjoy my passions above and beyond the thoughts of having kids.
TOTALLY agree w/Christopher regarding drafting recipes!!! People ask me for recipes all the time, but I hesitate because I see recipes as merely a template of a culinary creation...I encourage folks to put their own spin on the recipe.
Two things: Hi from Texas! Can we get more cabin reset days?? Those motivate me to make my own space cozy and clean. Also, I cannot with Christoffer's laugh and giggle at the end. what a great little example of you guy's relationship 🥺
It’s refreshing to see the calmness of your environment especially in this chaotic wild. I understand why you love living where you are in harmony with nature. You 2 also complement each other.
I live in the US and I can't go into a Tractor Supply store without thinking of the two of you! Wishing you both...and Beautiful Grim... A Blessed New Year! 🥰❤️🤗
Usually I enjoy your video for Sunday morning coffee, but today I saved it for post-dinner dessert. So enjoy watching you and Christoffer together. You can just see what a good fit you are. And Grim is the handsomest boy. Love his huffs when he's getting loved up. ♥🐾
I love that your channel is “just” life on Svalbard. I’m always fascinated by life in other places, and your life there is so peaceful. I enjoy the grocery shopping trips & cabin resets as much as the adventures! It’s the perfect antidote to the chaos of the rest of the world. It soothes my battered soul.
I totally understand that at this moment you aren’t sure if you want children. I don't have children myself. If I had been in the right place with a partner maybe I would have, but I have no regrets. I know you two will make the right decision for yourselves. Children should only come for the right reasons. If they don't its because its the correct decision. ❤❤❤ 🇳🇴
My husband gave me your book for Christmas! I've already flipped through all your beautiful photography and can't wait to read it! Thank you for sharing Svalbard with us all, it's a delight to watch and listen to you both ❤
I always enjoy when Christoffer joins in on the videos. Especially when it involves something he enjoys, like the cabin or cooking. Thank you, Christoffer. I really look forward to future cabin videos and see how everything comes together. I always enjoy your videos and seeing the three of you on Sunday. :)
If it’s not an immediate yes, then it will always be a no. Good for you for being so wise (and honest). You both know the best way for you. Being at ease in your lives and with each other is the most important thing😊.
I believe she should think again about that matter soon. Nobody ever regretted having kids when they die but many people regret not having them (People only regret the lives they haven't lived, but that is always in your own hands). I am sure, in the end, she wont have to change her live that much. Kids are full of freedom anyway until they are like 6 ... which would give you maybe 10 years of your normal life right now. When I became a mom, I was extremely afraid to lose myself, but guess what, I do everything I did before. I always had plenty of animals and it is basically the same with a child lmao. If you got no real animals etc. then kids might be a major change. But for me, it was just more love and a fuller house. Nonetheless, I understand where she comes from. It is always a complex matter, but almost nooone I know was 100% sure about it. It is scary. It is a change. So I thought the same, about me, my future, my freedom, my health - but I only thought so until I spoke with some older people about it. That changed my perspective.
@@bta8355 That's not true at all, heaps of people regret having kids. Better to regret not having them than regret having them, which is a nightmare. Having pets is nothing like having kids and they completely change your life! You can't be selfish anymore and do whatever you want.
I had my first at 16 and my last at 41. When they come they come. 4 blessings I would never change. So many wonderful ways for all people to go and make thier lives worth living. Blessings to you both.
Thank you for inviting us into your home every week. I appreciate all the time it takes to film and edit videos. Excited to see content from the new cabin. Thanks for all you do.
OMG MENTIONED BY NAME ON ONE OF YOUR VIDEOS!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm literally in tears!! I was sitting here thinking about the fact that you know little me, out of all these people (almost a million here, over a million on IG, and however many on TikTok), and it warms that you know ME! I adore you, dear~ thank you for always interacting & being such a great person to know! And, more importantly, getting to learn about a part of the world that I had no idea about until I saw your videos on TT all those years ago. 💜💜 Marianna
My husband and I have been together 17 years and even though we've never changed our minds, we still check in periodically on our thoughts on having children. We've never felt the urge to become parents. I agree with you Cecilia, if it's not an immediate yes, it's a hard no. Children deserve parents who want them 100%. I respect children and love being the favourite aunty, I have no desire to be a mother.
I just want to say, I love your relationship. It’s refreshing to see a couple so supportive and kind to each other. Blessings to you both in this new year! I can’t believe this is at least my 3rd (maybe 4th?!) polar night with y’all. Your optimism and finding joy in the smallest things is what keeps me coming back. The change in Kristofer has been amazing to watch as he’s become more comfortable in front of the camera. ❤ I absolutely love seeing his moments in the vlogs. I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store for yall. With love from South Carolina!
You said you want your channel to be peaceful. You have succeeded 10000% I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Your channel is my happy place. Not one single day goes by that I don’t watch at least 1 video. When I run through them all I just start over. Sunday in this house has become coffee and Cecilia day and I am so very grateful for that. So thank you. Again 🥰
Thank you for having this Q/A episode. When you share your views and opinions, I feel like I know you better. I am so obsessed with Salvbard and the three of you. Best wishes for health and happiness to you in 2025❤🙏❄️😘
My sister got me Life on Svalbard for Christmas after I (not so) subtly suggested it as a Christmas present for me. Even though I knew it was coming, I still cried when I unwrapped it on Christmas morning. As a reader of fiction, I’ve never had a book like it before or since, I love it! 🥰
Hi Cecilia, your channel brings me so much peace. You speaking about having children in your mid-30s - 40s went so much further for me than my friends who already have children and try to comfort me about it. It's a decision I will also have to make soon. Thank you for your positivity and all you give.
Thank you for your generosity in speaking openly about your personal lives. That is not a requirement for having a TH-cam channel. Cecilia, you have lived so freely and basically unencumbered by the expectations of others. I cannot imagine someone like that adding the heavy responsibility of children to their life. Bringing a newborn baby home seals a contract that is binding, yet comes with no guarantees . This amazing, perfect, little human holds a magical spell over you that fills your heart with a love so deep it causes tears of gratitude to fill your eyes. That’s how it was for me and my husband. We could not believe our baby could be so precious. But, having children was a lifelong dream for us. What I believe is that no one should pressure another person to become a parent.
Thanks for sharing! Love that big smile on Christopher's face from the long awaited off-grid cabin acquisition! Your friends advice about having kids...if it isn't an immediate yes, it is a no, is excellent! I'm in my 70's and have never regretted not having kids (for me it was not an immediate yes either) and as I have gone through my life observing those with kids, I know that I made the right choice not to have any. It just isn't the life for me and I don't even really know why. I think it just isn't right for some of us. But for those who do it with lots of love and connection and commitment to the family dynamic, it looks like a beautiful life to have. Cheers!
Thank you both for this wonderful video. On Sundays, while I'm mostly editing photos, I sit down and rest my soul with you. Thank you for staying authentic and not creating fake content just to entertain us. Because your simple life is what truly inspires. Finding beauty and gratitude in this complete calmness and simplicity - that is the goal. Christoffer is, as we Bosnians would say, "a soul of a man" - his kindness simply radiates. And you are someone who, when you step out on the balcony and say "Hello guys," it really feels like you're hugging us. Wonderful. Every video is special and truly heartwarming. So big hug for you guys and ofcourse the cutest Grim ❤
I lived in Norway for years, and agree 💯 percent: their medical care system is beyond excellent. As someone with numerous overlapping medical conditions, it was superb. And yes, I was flown to where I needed to be, food and lodging covered. America? A completely different situation, sadly 🇺🇸🇧🇻
The short date on editing your videos is what gives it more of an organic feel. It's not contrived. You're in the moment. Love you guys. Snuggies to Grimm.
Children are not necessary to have a good life. We are all very different. I have four, my daughter has two, my sons do not want children. Like your honesty. Good answer.
Best advice I ever received for migraines was from my neurologist because of a pinched nerve in my neck. If you feel a headache coming on, medicate immediately. Do not wait till the pain is so bad that no matter how much medicine you take it will not go away. I rarely have full blown migraines now (last one was 10 years ago), and its simply because I medicate as soon as I feel one coming. Also if you have a remedy for yourself that works for you, then work with what you have. He said many patients have a mixture of what they take that they came across over the years and if it works then use it, you don't need to go and find a new medication. Wishing you both a healthy and happy 2025!!! As far as kids are concerned, your choices are yours, and I agree completely, your lives will indeed change if you have kids. I had mine at 34, 36 and 38yrs of age. It was a great decision for us, but it is not for everyone, and I think if I had them when I was younger I may not have liked it as much as I do now since they are in their 20s now.
...also, please read up on new research by Dr. Angela Stanton regarding the root reason for migraine. I agree with your advice too, but since reading her book though, no migraines.
@VicVic-k4wDr. Angela Stanton Ph. D. Wrote book and She is on TH-cam. It completely stopped my migraines. The root cause has been identified and can be stopped without meds. I feel for you cause I had them 17 years.
@@popaleti9287benadryl, toradol, and reglan is what they give in the emergency room. I've always gotten that until I started treating it with the Stanton Protocol.
Thank you for speaking openly about whether to have kids or not. I’m in the same boat, but a couple of years older. I feel the same way and so does my husband.
As someone who also loves to cook and bake, I love seeing Christoffer talk about his new kichen "helpers". The joy was almost on the same level as the cabin. 😊 Happy New Year Cecilia, Christoffer and Grim!!!
Very much enjoy and look forward to all your videos Cecilia! Enjoying this video with coffee, cozy on the couch this morning. Wishing you, Christoffer and Grim a wonderful, happy and healthy New Year! 💕
You look happy as you are! I never had children, but I enjoy my young relatives! I think you should do what suits you, not what others think or do! Ultimately it’s your life and you should enjoy it! Happy New Year!❤❤❤ Christoffer is so happy with the cabin, you can see it! In a place like Svalbard you need to be able to travel beyond the limits!
All my kids are in their 50’s. We’re they wonderful kids, yes, I can say that now. 😂Would I do it again…maybe. At least at my advanced age they still talk to me daily. Lots of memories.
Some of my favourite videos of yours are just your follow along vlogs. Waking up, making breakfast, walk grim, go into town to run errands. So simple and chill!
If it’s not a hell yes on kids, it should be a no. You should be 110% invested! My husband and I decided we don’t want kids; we enjoy their company but don’t want to change our lives to have them. I honestly don’t know if enough time is spent considering what it means to have children for most people. Whatever choice is right for you guys, regardless of anyone else’s opinion, is the right choice ❤
Happy New Years! I love how animated Christoffer gets when he talks about cooking or the cabin. His eyes just light up. Congrats on your book Cecilia, what an accomplishment. Your last video with the Northern Lights was stunning. Have fun in Portugal. Hugs from Canada.
That's why I really enjoy your channel. It's not the numbers. You genuinely enjoy what you do and you two choose to share your journey with the rest of the world...nothing feels forced.
GREAT stuff 😊 Congratulations to Einar and Olivia for their new little one, and I’m excited for the cabin outfitting. I would love to see some clips of your IKEA expedition, too. Best to you all in 2025 🥂

My sunny disposition is just like yours, Cecelia! My whole like I have been a happy person. One time at a previous job, a customer came up to me, slammed his fist on the counter, and said “Do you have to be so damn happy all of the time?” It took me by surprise, as I was just saying “good morning “
I made a fool of myself on Christmas morning. My daughter noticed how often I mention you and Svalbard, looked you up and bought your book for me! I screamed so loud it scared the pets. Thank you for all you do to share the beauty and wonder of your life and loves!!

Christoffer lit up when the Thermomix was brought up. Very sweet. 😊
Our public library in Colorado Springs has ordered copies of your book. I am on the waiting list for the book and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival.
Available on Amazon.
Keep the libraries going! My refuge as a kid.
Oh! I never thought of checking the library; I’ve got it on hold. Thanks for the tip!
I live in the springs!!! I'm so happy to know this now!!! I'm gonna put myself on the wait list too. Thanks for ahring this!
I checked it out from my library they had it within a week of it being released. I read every page.
I love to hear Christopher speak on things he's passionate about and that you respect him by letting him speak his peace. You are quite the force of nature and that you have the sensitivity to know you need to back down a bit to let him take the time to express himself shows the respect you have for your man.
Hello Cecilia 👋, I am 9 years old and I think I am your youngest fan 🎉😂 and If I am pls let me know 😂, I will be soooo happy, thank you 😊
How is Grim? He is the cutest dog I have ever seen 😍, love Giordano
Greets Gio! Thanks for coming in to share.
How wonderful it is to have someone young like you to hear from. Blessings!
@TheWestlandgirl thanks for the greetings for my son, salutations from South Africa
Hi kiddo! Please stay safe on the web keep your boundaries up and skip the stuff that you know is bad... Be smart with what you're watching and protect your beautiful mind! Never talk to strangers in private chat! Cecilia & Christopher are a great choice well done!👍
@Silvinee don't worry I monitor every move he makes , but thanks so much for your loving concern 😊 ☺️
I love watching your videos because they are calming and interesting. They bring me peace. You are a beautiful couple.
I think Cecilia is enough kid for Christopher. In the best way.
😂😂😂😂😂😂. They would be the best parents to have though. Cecelia with her happiness and energy and Christofer with his vast skills and knowledge and he would be a very good teacher. If they had kids, those kids would have a great life, that’s for sure!
Best comment!!
Thought the same 😂❤
You know? I agree with you. She is such a light and airy girl. Love them both!
@@jdxx59 Facts!!!
My favorite Christmas gift was when my sister, who is a library director, bought ME a copy of your book and a copy for her library!!! Thank you for your effort of creating it and publishing it.
I think its great listening to Christopher speak about his passion of cooking.
You and Christopher are such a cute couple. You bounce off each other perfectly and have a great sense of humour. I love watching you guys.
Exactly! I echo that.
What a lovely comment.
Being an aunt is the best❤
Live fearlessly! Yes I will embrace that!
GRIIIIIIIIM.... also, Christoffer... he is so... happy these days. You guys are great!
@@malinjohansson1986 He's Norwegian!
You two have made me slow living a little more. Seeking peace and just enjoying quietness and nature
Oh Cecilia, I laughed, cried and enjoyed this vlog so much. You are so real and a natural in front of the camera. Keep doing you, happy times for 2025
I am on the same wavelength re: kids! I don't think a lot of people take it as seriously as they should AND I still think you can be maternal/paternal without giving birth. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I love the push play button on Christopher.
I love his chill, laid back attitude. 😊
Christoffer is so chill. ✌️ 😊Y’all are such a good balanced couple. Thank you for all your posts. ❤ your channel!
Christoffer saying “happy time” was priceless!
That would make great merch! "Happy Time!"
Loved that, too! A tribute to Borat in there?
I love you two! When I see you laughing together, I can’t help but laugh myself. 🥰🌻🤪
Two things:
Hi from Texas!
9:04 Listening to Cecilia’s positive attitude on life is quite inspiring.
I live in the US and I can't go into a Tractor Supply store without thinking of the two of you! Wishing you both...and Beautiful Grim... A Blessed New Year! 🥰❤️🤗
I love it when Chistopher talks.
I hope you get your 1M this year.
In fact I don’t hope I know you will. It’s imminent x
🥹🩵
My husband gave me your book for Christmas! I've already flipped through all your beautiful photography and can't wait to read it!
Thank you for sharing Svalbard with us all, it's a delight to watch and listen to you both ❤
I always enjoy when Christoffer joins in on the videos. Especially when it involves something he enjoys, like the cabin or cooking. Thank you, Christoffer. I really look forward to future cabin videos and see how everything comes together. I always enjoy your videos and seeing the three of you on Sunday. :)
Christoffer's smile --- "Happy Time!" So cute. Love it!!
Christopher is my favourite man on planet earth.. His vibe is unique.💐
Me too, and the least argumentative husband ever!
I had my first at 16 and my last at 41. When they come they come. 4 blessings I would never change. So many wonderful ways for all people to go and make thier lives worth living. Blessings to you both.
Your talents are enormous. You’re almost at one million subscribers. Love your channel.
Christoffer at the new cabin are some of my favorite clips. Can’t wait to see more of it..
Your channel is like hanging out with friends on a weekly basis. I always look forward to watching and your sunny disposition is such bonus.😊❤❤❤
Content idea: A day in the life of Grim, via "Grim Cam"!
A very Happy New Year to you, Christoffer, and your big, goofy, floofy boi!
Love that idea!
Thank you for inviting us into your home every week. I appreciate all the time it takes to film and edit videos. Excited to see content from the new cabin. Thanks for all you do.
I think the word you were looking for is quintessential place for Christmas! Love the northern lights

Have a wonderful 2025!! Enjoy you all so much. Give Grim a HUG.
Totally rooting for a million subs for you
I love hearing Christoffer talk about everything about cooking and food. He should have a cooking show.
Again 🥰
I like Christoffer even more now I know he's never played a video game...me neither..😂😂
I love when Christopher laughs or talks about cooking 😊
I gave your book to my 84 year old father who is an avid reader. He LOVES it! ❤❤❤
The short date on editing your videos is what gives it more of an organic feel. It's not contrived. You're in the moment. Love you guys. Snuggies to Grimm.
No video games for Christopher. Good for him!
Happy new year! We need more people on earth like you 2!
Children are not necessary to have a good life. We are all very different. I have four, my daughter has two, my sons do not want children.
Like your honesty. Good answer.
You are very happy person ,4 children👏👏👏👏.
I had a migraine lasting 5 weeks. I was given medication but I'm allergic to all the ones I've tried so far. It's so frustrating 😞
What works for me is 3 ibuprofen (200mg) and 2 pseudafedrine. Works for my sister too.
...also, please read up on new research by Dr.
I agree - don’t regret the past. You two seem on the right path together. Bone Annee!
Dear Cecilia and Christopher, I wish you all the best in the new year 2025. This wish is from Slovakia.
All my kids are in their 50’s. We’re they wonderful kids, yes, I can say that now. 😂Would I do it again…maybe. At least at my advanced age they still talk to me daily. Lots of memories.
Watching this brings me to my happy place….
Some of my favourite videos of yours are just your follow along vlogs. Waking up, making breakfast, walk grim, go into town to run errands. So simple and chill!
Grimm is just living his best life!
Best to you all in 2025 🥂
You 2 are good for each other and too all who watch, your positive attitude is always uplifting.
*hello cecila, cristoffer and grim. i love watching your videos, it's very comforting and it helps me alot because i'm in my lowest point of my life rn. i'm super thankful to the 3 of you. your positive energy radiates so much that you make people smile and forget their problems. you guys really are my comfort, i'd be forever thankful to you. thank you so much!*
Christoffer is the anchor to Cecilia’s energy. I love it and I’m here for it 10000000000%! Really enjoy your interactions and personalities.
My sunny disposition is just like yours, Cecelia! My whole like I have been a happy person. One time at a previous job, a customer came up to me, slammed his fist on the counter, and said “Do you have to be so damn happy all of the time?” It took me by surprise, as I was just saying “good morning “
I LOVE cheerful people!! So much nicer to be around them. I don't understand people who get mad at others for being happy/cheerful! Live and let live!
I made a fool of myself on Christmas morning. My daughter noticed how often I mention you and Svalbard, looked you up and bought your book for me! I screamed so loud it scared the pets. Thank you for all you do to share the beauty and wonder of your life and loves!!
