When I accepted this position I had 1.5 years of Oncology experience! About 1 year inpatient and half a year in another infusion center. When I got my first infusion position I just had about 9 months of inpatient oncology experience! It definitely depends on the place but I always recommend applying to a job even if you don’t meet the minimum experience they have listed!
