Quick note Missingno's mechanic is a bit enhanced with how it glitches out your spelling and makes you play with the word in your face. Shitno appears to have a different effect with the pendulum where seemingly missing it actually affects your health so it seems that your health and the hypno pendulum misses are one the same

Appearently its because Disabled which is what Wigglytuff is called cant technically sing so it wouldnt be able to keep up with it
