This is like an expanded Old Town Bluffton. I really like the multi-family housing/apartment arrangement being available. Unlike much of the current trend in the Lowcountry of stripping forests and messing with nature in general with single family homes. This looks like an exciting community. I'll check it out my next trip to the area.
The video was filmed on a weekday afternoon. Many residents still work and have children in school. Thus the lack of pedestrian activity. Also of note: the neighborhood is planned with a series of alleyways behind the homes to reduce traffic on the streets and create a more walkable environment when residents are enjoying time at home.
