Love how the Waterworld show is you sitting at the bleachers of the actual show from the theme park but the JAWS ride is you on a fishing boat being attacked by a real shark.
That's the actual ride at Universal Studios, though they removed it years ago (minus the throwing barrels). It only exists at Universal Japan now I believe.

One of my core childhood memories is scream-crying on the jaws ride at Universal Studios even though it was basically just a very tame boat ride with a shitty animatronic shark and fire

I actually really enjoyed the game when it came out on the cube has i hadn't long been to universal myself and enjoyed the back to the future ride . Only issues i had was finding my way around the game even with the map, plus i was terrible at the quiz lol .
Holy crap I remember playing this game as a kid! I will never forget Winnie Woodpecker constantly roasting me for not watching more movies because I kept failing her damn trivia quiz.
Also Jurassic Park was the best minigame ride.

For years I thought the Waterworld stunt show was a myth. I thought it was a joke, I thought the whole point of the joke was that Waterworld underperformed and thus would never merit a stunt show. I thought all B-Roll footage used was of different aquatic-themed stunt shows. And this is how I find out???

Good happy place choice, Jacob; but I'm partial to the scene in Victory Gundam where Uso has to fight off the bikini-jetback-bazooka babes and just evaporates one with a beam saber.
The fact that James Happy Place wasn't muscular men, Malibu/American Gladiators, and Steroids was a letdown.

Really wish you guys would stop taking bits of free series and putting them behind a paywall! All you're doing is creating FOMO. Members only videos should be separate from the free series. Like bonus stuff, not stuff cut from free stuff. You guys already only put out 3 videos a week nowadays. Seems like the amount of payed content is even more that the free stuff these days. :P Why not just make the payed videos extended cuts of the free videos? Just leave in a few more jokes or whatever but have them end at the same place. That's less work for you than recording another whole video and non-members won't miss out on as much so FOMO is less. But those who don't want to miss out on anything will still pay for the extend cuts and other bonus videos. I'm just getting sick of this whole drug dealer "give em a free taste then make em pay for more" approach to monetisation.

They make bonus money from sponsorships and membership s and hitting quotas. This isn't about TH-cam's shitty ad revenue. It's about them over-monetising their content. No other TH-cam channel I follow pushes that shit so hard. Shit, they even paywall their fucking live stream VoDs. I'm in Australia, they steam in the middle of the night for me, and I'm expected to pay up if I want to see content later that they steam for free? Screw that. I shouldn't have to pay for convenience. Like I said, they should just make their members only content "bonus" stuff ,not take away from their main stuff. You know, like pretty much every other TH-cam channel does? :P
