With construction of the city’s brand new high-rise apartment building finally complete, Officer Yoon Sae Bom (Han Hyo Joo) is eager to move in. Having long dreamed of the day she could settle into her new apartment, Sae Bom is beyond thrilled to finally be able to have a place where she can comfortably escape the rigors of her job as a member of one of the city’s special police squads. With her long-time friend and fellow officer, Detective Jung Yi Hyun (Park Hyung Sik) moving in as well, Sae Bom is convinced this new home will bring her all the happiness she desires. Unfortunately, that happiness doesn’t last long.
As a new type of infectious disease slowly begins to spread throughout the building, the residents soon find themselves the object of terror and a source of city-wide panic. With no other way of containing the disease, the residents are soon cut off from everyone and everything around them as the building is sealed off from the outside world. As the world around them struggles to make sense of what is quickly morphing into a full-on apocalypse, the uninfected residents' only chance of survival rests solely in their own hands.
Confused, isolated, and terrified, the residents have no choice but to find a way to overcome their distrust of each other, as it’s their only hope of surviving this living nightmare. But how can they do that when it seems at least one of them holds the secrets that could either save or destroy them all?
Set in the not-so-distant future, “Happiness” is a 2021 fantasy action thriller drama directed by Ahn Gil Ho.

Absolutely! I thought if there was ever gonna be a kissing scene it'll be quick and simple but THIS, Oh my GOD THIS!!!!! It's freaking beautiful you can feel the emotions and the chemistry oozing out of the screen and it wasn't a simple or deep kiss, it was just perfect

The way she came afraid less to him, comforted him, patted him, and when he wakes her kiss argh~gosh no words to explain how great this drama was!phs's acting is the best. Even though he is infected she came for her husband and kissed him!and the ost when they are kissing-imma that's mesmerizing✨️the best kiss ever:)
The last 15 minutes? My favorite. Hyun is such a wonderful man. The words Bom spoke to him, while he was trying to maintain his humanity...just beautiful. She communicated her unconditional, steadfast love for her man.
When she first said, "I'm here", I started to fall apart, because I knew he didn't want her to see him in that condition. When she said, "Stay with me. I don't care what state you're in..." I lost it. I turned into water...a floodgate of tears. ❤ That kiss...have mercy!
I almost went into cardiac arrest, when I thought he died in her arms.

If the infected person also looked so cute, even I wouldn't have minded in whatever state he is. Just kissed him the way she did🥺🥺 One of the most heartwarming scenes in kdramas.
omg Park Hyung Sik is a freaking amazing actor (not a surprise but he really surpassed himself in this role)
This scene really warmed my heart and it showed just how powerful Yi Hyun’s love for Sae Bom is. And it also showed just how devoted she is to him as well like even when she found out it he got infected she never gave up on him once.

With the wife that the dude tried to kill with a gold club. When she released the woman from the bathroom she only wanted to kill her husband. Also when he told her that he would get justice for whoever tried to kill her she ended up dying afterwards. It seems like they still have somewhat of a connection with there non infected self.
This scene had me, it broke my heart to see the struggle to be human. But, you also see the calm and love that came when she started talking. It was beautiful to watch the understanding, care and peace that settled.
We are all dead had a perfect representation of a girl fighting to control the urge to kill some one.

The girl who played nam ra had me crying because you feel the pain when she was screaming because she was trying to fight back whatever was trying to make her become a zombie.
This drama is the BEST thriller I have ever watched. I don't usually like thriller (because I scare easily lol) but i watched this for Park hyung and i am so in love with this drama. Everything about this is perfect, the plot, chemistry, ost, acting, casting, everything!!
And i don't even have the words for how much I like THIS scene. It's not even the kiss, it's the feels.

I usually don't watch zombie like drama or movies, It creeps me out, but this one I watched like 4 times allready. I really loved the strory line. Their chemistry was out of this world, really really amazing..
Today, I've finished watching *Happiness* . I was scared a lot as I can't endure bleeding scenes but after finishing I feel like I want to watch it again. And it is the first time I want season 2 for a drama! I'm a fan of both PHS & HHJ, so it's really refreshing to watch them after a long time and together!
Those who haven't watch it yet, don't hesitate.... It's literally *worth watching* ❤

This has to be my favorite kdrama kiss of all time, so beautiful and emotional 🥹 there were so many moments I just wanted them to kiss already but I’m so glad it happened at the end in this scene 😭 these 2 have so much chemistry and PHS can really display so many emotions in his eyes alone 😩 this was so worth the wait, with the way she was soothing him and telling him all those beautiful things coupled with the music, the emotions, the soft kisses, and their insane chemistry, hands down my fav kdrama kiss scene ❤️ and one of my fav kdramas and couples too 😌

I managed to avoid spoilers of this drama for over 2 years, and literally THE week I was gonna start watching it IG just randomly decided to spoil me with a reel of him under the covers!! I feel like I couldn’t quite enjoy this drama fully because I already knew what was coming, but I did enjoy their chemistry very much.

I love this drama so much but like can they do a drama with much less zombie and way more romance? Like the zombie part was awesome, but the way I CRAVED these romantic moments of the bruh girl discovering her feelings and the dope that was already in love with her was unparalleled.
