this is path breaking kdrama that broke all the existing stereotypes in terms of story, characters and performances. no cliche love triangle, just focus on lead characters and their relationship. Beautiful drama.
Go moon young really broke every kdrama standard that the man has the do the flirting and pursing in the relationship, she literally tried to eat kangtae every chance she get and we loved it.

I just love the kind of balance they had in this drama, like the female lead is possessive, vocal, bold yet the male lead is serious, sincere and mature. Perfect chemistry! every time they come close, i get goosebumps!
Usually we wish the main leads to act together in another drama or movie, but in this I want everyone , literally everyone who acted in this drama to act again together in another one....

I only watched this series in 2024 and my goodness, what a brilliant body of work!!! I loved this take on mental health issues due to childhood trauma. The protagonists experienced different types of traumas that shaped their world views and how they respond to situations. Most importantly, it was refreshing to see how broken souls found healing in each other as they were able to empathise.
Idk why but this show had me feeling empty after I finished. Nvr have been this affected by a show before, 10/10 would recommend. Just can't get over Seo-Yea-Ji, developed a massive crush, she is just wow

Their first kiss was not a dead fish kiss at all! It was long and passionate. Not to mention before the kiss you could feel the sexual tension between them. Kim Soo Hyun and and Seo Yeji had such amazing chemistry on and off screen.

She sees Gang Tae not because she's lonely but because she sees him. The strongest emotion is the need to be understood and to know someone in the world sees you for who you are. As an child and as a adult he spends so much time wearing a mask and bottling up his feelings. That he is always about to explode. She gives him a place to release the pressure even when she doesn't understand.. And yet she is still fragile and a little lonely girl. In a way they are teaching each other how to live in the world..
Kim Soo Hyun and Seo Ye Ji chose the best characters for themselves. It was not an easy drama to portray and pour out emotions through expression, you also have to give 100% in your body language also. In human healing drama's it's not easy to act on, but they did their best...and I'm so proud of them. I hope that they will achieve more in their coming life. And I really wish to watch them in another season (2nd season) of IOTNBO or in some other drama as the leads. Hope for the best❤️

Casting was also very well-done. Seo Yeaji was absolutely fantastic in this drama, regardless of what people think of her. As it happens, I first saw her in _Lawless Lawyer_ , also starring Lee Joongi, one of my favorite actors.

It is so rare to have an entire cast capture and hold us from beginning to end. Not one weak performance I couldn't find one fault it went straight to number 1 of my list and looks like it will stay there.
That last kiss after Munyeong confessed her love for Gangtae is the sweetest & sincerest kiss of them. Because finally, Munyeong has completely been sincere in her feelings for Gangtae as opposed to the first time she said "I love you" to him in Ep.4 ❤❤ Ahhhh I can't move on from this drama. I've rewatched the entire series thrice over the two weekends since it ended just to fill the void in my weekend drama habit. This is the best drama of 2020 for me. It has touched my heart more than any dramas I've watched so far this year. And Kim Soo Hyun was right when he said this is a human healing drama. Indeed it is. And I love the cinematography as well as the soundtrack. The background music and the songs used in the drama evokes so much emotion. More importantly, the three main leads KSH, SYJ and OJS were all superb in their portrayal of their character--- I cried and laughed with them in every scene. Overall, the best! I'm a big fan of Kim Soo Hyun. I'm very happy to watch his 1st drama after his military. I'm so proud of him, he did very well, his acting performance is so excellent. Hyunji is the best couple I've ever seen in Korea drama. Looking forward to seeing them in next drama.

I love everyone & everything in this drama... It has so much more to offer beyond just those pretty faces.. Real, meaningful love... Love that has mutual respect, understanding, empathy and compassion.. Love to stand by all adversities... That is hard to see on screen nowadays.. I love how both Moon Gang Tae anf Ko Mo Yeoung are themselves when they are with each other... In the era where only skin show and ultra Masculinity is featured almost everywhere.. This drama is a breath of fresh air..

I know everyone always says there fav kdrama is the best but honestly this one... This one realy is such a good show! Loved everyone that was casted. The actor who played autistic did such an amazing job! Everyone acted so well!
I agree with you about how excellent this drama is. It is entertaining, funny, heartwarming, yet personal for me, given I have two younger brothers who are high-functioning yet autistic.
Casting was also very well-done. Seo Yeaji was absolutely fantastic in this drama, regardless of what people think of her. As it happens, I first saw her in _Lawless Lawyer_ , also starring Lee Joongi, one of my favorite actors.
I am completely speechless. Every scene, dialogue and character is god blessed and beyond my imaginary. Ost of this drama are sooo soothing and heart touching. Oh yes, how can I forget that deer? He also did great job, must win a award😊 I really love this drama. Hats off to all team member. Hoping for part 2. Thank you The Swoon for this video🌹🌹🌹

That last kiss after Munyeong confessed her love for Gangtae is the sweetest & sincerest kiss of them. Because finally, Munyeong has completely been sincere in her feelings for Gangtae as opposed to the first time she said "I love you" to him in Ep.4 ❤❤ Ahhhh I can't move on from this drama. I've rewatched the entire series thrice over the two weekends since it ended just to fill the void in my weekend drama habit. This is the best drama of 2020 for me. It has touched my heart more than any dramas I've watched so far this year. And Kim Soo Hyun was right when he said this is a human healing drama. Indeed it is. And I love the cinematography as well as the soundtrack. The background music and the songs used in the drama evokes so much emotion. More importantly, the three main leads KSH, SYJ and OJS were all superb in their portrayal of their character--- I cried and laughed with them in every scene. Overall, the best! Love love love them! ❤💙💚💛

I'm a big fan of Kim Soo Hyun. I'm very happy to watch his 1st drama after his military. I'm so proud of him, he did very well, his acting performance is so excellent. Hyunji is the best couple I've ever seen in Korea drama. Looking forward to seeing them in next drama.
