Nothing can make treadmills fun, I'd rather be out in a blizzard or downpour than be on one. Oddly thought, I'm quite happy on an indoor bike. It might be down to the concentration required to not go flying off the end or punch the handrails which makes me feel i can't relax.
Oddly enough I used to be exactly the same! I agree the concentration required is much higher than riding indoors and that can make things feel less relaxed. :)
Is that 'getting in the zone'? I try really hard but often need music or something to distract me to 'turn off my brain'. Do you have a secret to make this happen for you?
That's all great feedback. Often the basics are the things we all need reminding of once in a while, but sorry if this one didn't quite hit the mark for you. I hope that the last tip will be able to help you out though. 🙏🏻

Fantastic! Thank you so much!
Great - glad you enjoyed it.
Purpose, Zwift, intervals, music, videos/shows, small goal & reward, running form.
Love all the tips! Appreciate the ideas here.
Glad it helped.

I've found that turning my brain off while running is a great way to get through a treadmill session.

I am very sorry for this feedback but I found these tips super basic. I think only the last one held useful information...
