I would go for positive EV in the Netherlands. Currently the Netherlands only has like 10 bookies to pick from where 3 of them use the same backend I think. For arbitrage you probably have to have an account at multiple bookies but I haven't found many arb opportunities yet, so it might not be worth it if you have to spend lots of time in finding one

The banning comes from placing positive EV bets. They see you betting too much positive EV bets they will basically rule you a sharp bettor and want you off.
The only problem with this is in order to make the money that you claim you’re making you would have to have a starting bankroll of probably $10,000 because all of these bets you’re putting in almost 1000 to make $20 or less every time so in order to do all those bets at the same time you’re dishing out a ton of moneyand what happens if they don’t pay you right away?

to put in 5k a day or to 10k is better than to make nothing a 0.15% odds or 0.25% to 40% a day is better.
