Yes... The video is dedicated to Eclipse 🗿 And now I'll try to describe what it is about and what is the meaning of this work. I know, there is a lot of text, but here is everything I wanted to tell. So the switching, which is referred to in the song, implies a change in his feelings (images). Initially, having separated from Moon, Eclipse wanted to return back to the previous carrier, but then, obviously out of resentment towards Moon, he realized that he no longer needed him. Eclipse built his own character. The image of the best version of Moon, a smart, cruel, but honest animatronic. Periodically, we can notice hints of his doubts in this very image in the show. For example, in one of the old episodes, he drives Moon into a hopeless situation and the way out of it is Moon's statement that Eclipse is better than him. Of course, maybe Eclipse just wanted to make fun of him, but in one of the episodes (where Eclipse apologizes to Lunar), we hear from his brother words: "May be you want me to go back inside my head for a little bit so you can talk to Moon and make fun of him a little bit make your self better?" Self-affirmation due to the humiliation of others clearly indicates self-doubt. So what did we get 1-Doubts about own superiority 2-Perhaps a hidden fear of Moon 3-This is clearly his aggressive behavior, rudeness, manipulativeness, cruelty, and bloodthirstiness towards others (the most striking feature of his character) 4-Something good. What he diligently suppresses and hates in himself. Feelings of guilt, conscience, desire to at least seem like a normal brother. 5-the image of the smartest and best in everything built by him. 6- the image of the savior of mankind from wars, etc. by restarting the universe Invisible Enemies his self-doubt and aggressive behavior are clearly visible (most likely due to the fact that he is literally a mixture of Moon personality and kill code) Let's move on to the death of Eclipse. Somewhere I heard the opinion that in words, about the fact that no one understood his true plan, Eclipse just wanted to manipulate Sun. But I strongly doubt that, because then Eclipse admits that he is powerless and asks to kill him. Before dying, Eclipse says "i'll see you in hell" I think at that moment he was filled with despair and anger (primarily at himself) After all, none other than himself is to blame. His behavior, his methods and actions ruined everything. As a result, Eclipse destroyed himself, destroyed his relationship with brother and his plan. He himself stole everything he had. In conclusion, I want to say that I DO NOT justify Eclipse and his actions. ESPECIALLY towards Lunar >:( And I understand why so many people hate him so much. But, to be honest, I was interested in digging into this character, because he is still something more than just a line of kill code... BUT THEN. On the evening, when I was ready to upload this video, an episode about what would happen if Eclipse won was released.. Honestly, I was in shock! Because now my work will be perceived as an excuse for this evil bastard... But Lunar's words at 5.21 (about two versions of Eclipse) gave me an idea! So here is my version of what happened: After Eclipse took possession of the star and destroyed the whole world, which was the first point of his plan, with the help of the star he received all the knowledge about the world he destroyed. But when creating a new one, something went wrong. There was no evolution, and life was not born, everything was dead and static. Then Eclipse destroyed and recreated everything over. But something went wrong again. Several times he desperately tried to redo everything, but nothing came of it. In the end, Eclipse resigned himself to the fact that he would not be able to recreate everything exactly. But anger at himself and a sense of guilt for what he had done continue to haunt him. Then Eclipse decides to get rid of these hated qualities. After recreating Sun, Eclipse erases most of his memories, and transfers all weak and positive qualities to Sun. Thus, he finally turned himself into pure evil, and Sun rather into a version of himself. ...Now i'm sitting here and thinking... Maybe Eclipse is really just a soulless monster?... Well. Let's wait and see!
I'm very glad you made this it made me remember that I originally didn't see eclipse as a possible incest rapist I just started seeing him like that after he started torturing moon I have allways felt like eclipse loved moon I originally theorised that he just wanted to treat moon better then how sun did but due to his behaviour I just concluded sexual sadism. Honestly there's a way bigger comment I just did to another commentor with a way longer version of this but it boils down to sun and eclipse might have been able to make things better if sun acknowledges that he's guilty of neglecting his brother and eclipse just confessed he loved moon to (maybe a little to much by now) but despite sun's faults at the time I did switch to his and moons side cause I was worried that eclipse might have been doing something sexual with moon with lunars "tunings".

Yeah I personally think he's stile loves moon even at his most corrupt which sucks for the moon in the AU he took over cause corrupted Love is lust and I'm sure moons getting raped in that AU if he's even stile alive. Coming to this a month late and with more canon having come out; I can honestly say I have a more open mind about Eclipse than ever before. (incoming rant about my perspective of Eclipse as a character). By that, I mean I don't really see Eclipse as so flatly evil despite his actions and how he carries himself. Rather, I think of Eclipse as being deeply confused and emotionally stunted. Eclipse, being the unintended evolution of left over code, was created without purpose or direction. His earliest stimuli were pain, loneliness, and rejection. Truthfully, there was never meant to be a place for Eclipse in the world as he isn't supposed to exist. He's got a massive chip on his shoulder about proving himself to the larger whole that denied him (Moon) and the world at large. Eclipse craves purpose and a sense of accomplishment to the point of obsession. So much so that Eclipse has built up this idea in his head about being God and controlling everything because he believes it'll somehow change things for him. But we know based on the video of the reality where Eclipse did become god; that just isn't the case. I mean, God Eclipse made up a whole legend about his Moon coming back because even in victory Eclipse clearly didn't get what he hoped out of it. Eclipse is deeply unhappy and unwilling to set aside the goals he's strived so hard for because he thinks they are all that define his as his own person. He refused to recognize the opportunity for happiness that Lunar represented for him and he even stubbornly now insists on fighting meaninglessly against Sun and Moon. And now, we see him painted into a corner and struggling to survive stuck in Blood Moon twins' body and being dragged along by KC. Really, its pathetic and sad to see all that ambition lead him right back to where he started. Whether he wins or looses, Eclipse is the same empty soul without growth or change. I pity him. That said, I truly believe the only thing holding Eclipse back from being a better, happier person is his unwillingness to compromise his goals. He is not evil, just dense, stubborn, and angry. If someone or something could shift his pespective, Eclipse could be 'good'. At least, the 'isn't trying to destroy all of creation for his own selfish desires' kind of good (probably would still be a jerk and murdery).

Okay so I want to start off saying this video is really good and I really like it 1. The voice lines are really echoey (which does fit with the song to be fair) and I can’t really make them out, do you remember what they’re saying? 2. I’m not sure I understood the end with Sun and the star. I did read the pinned comment, I just don’t fully understand how or why Eclipse like removed his positive aspects and willingly became pure evil. Well, in my understanding, "positive aspects" in him were something like code. What, for example, was Eclipse himself before. Why do I feel like Eclipse sounded sad when Lunar died though but he just didn’t want to show it in front of Sun and Moon! 😮 How I can tell is whenever a villain laughs they are either one in grief, being scared or some upset feeling they just don’t want to show it since it makes them look weak. Most villains want control of some kind and in this case Eclipse wanted world control. But my point is Eclipse sounded scared when he got rid of Lunar at first. He covers it up by saying “ I may not be such a good guy but you are nothing more then a mistake “ that is Eclipse showing fear if I understand this all correctly from watching the show for a while.

Okay so I want to start off saying this video is really good and I really like it
1. The voice lines are really echoey (which does fit with the song to be fair) and I can’t really make them out, do you remember what they’re saying?
2. I’m not sure I understood the end with Sun and the star. I did read the pinned comment, I just don’t fully understand how or why Eclipse like removed his positive aspects and willingly became pure evil. Or rather why he gave them to Sun instead of just removing them.
Overall though I really like the video and the music and art it’s all really good :)

1. Yes, I remember (but this is more likely because during the editing I listened to it more than 10 times) But now I understand that this is a problem and it was necessary to highlight them better.

Why do I feel like Eclipse sounded sad when Lunar died though but he just didn’t want to show it in front of Sun and Moon! 😮
How I can tell is whenever a villain laughs they are either one in grief, being scared or some upset feeling they just don’t want to show it since it makes them look weak. Most villains want control of some kind and in this case Eclipse wanted world control. But my point is Eclipse sounded scared when he got rid of Lunar at first.
He covers it up by saying “ I may not be such a good guy but you are nothing more then a mistake “ that is Eclipse showing fear if I understand this all correctly from watching the show for a while.
