I work in a warehouse and recently I had a male co worker Scream at me, try to fight me, call me out of my name for no reason. I told management and they called it a miscommunication so now im at work walking on eggshells because no one accept one person who I have on a recording that they deem as just a worker that told the truth about what happened. There is alot more but I don't think it's legal to keep someone at work that literally tried to fight another coworker with no cause. I have also been attacked by a Man as a Black lesbian female so it was triggering I've expressed all this but they tell me to just move forward they will handle it. This happened 5 days ago and have not heard anything from hr. I feel like they are rushing through this process to keep me from speaking out. Any advice is helpful thank you
