Thank you so much for the in-depth explanation as a very seasoned, experienced, and knowledgeable drummer sir. May GOD Almighty continue to bless and protect you sir, AMEN🙏🏾💖

Well done bro, don't forget to bring Paul tao, ex Ebenezer obey guitarist now pastor in Rccg
Africans are so rich in culture
This Alhaji is very handsome. Imagine how he would look while still younger. I really love 💕 his analysis. How i wish the interview had gone for like 4 hours
Glad you enjoyed it.
Ejire you are great......nice interview
Thanks for watching
Hmm..kerikeri! 🤔
“Ti ‘gbaju ti ‘gbamu ti Keri-Keri fi n r’ode ariya”. So, ilu lo n je Keri-Keri🤩
NigbatiTV,
PLEASE CAN YOU POST YOUR DIRECT TELNO' ,
THANKS.
Whose number do you need ma’am?
The interview was very impressive and educative kudos to the journalist. Well done egbon MUSA rest on my Dad till we meet again love you Daddy mi chief Dr orlando owoh
Are you truly Baba's daughter
Ejire has heeded to advice by allowing his guests to talk and not intersecting and cutting them off their line of thoughts.
😂😂😂Oju leri.O ga ju!!Eyin Baba Orlando to jo na,eyin ti baba fi nfa ganja ni😂
Good job ajire. Please, Orlando’s Manager “Musese” is still alive. He’s from Owo town too. And some of his foundational bands members are still alive. Band members like; Pèrérè, Sauban, Pop Sunny, Oloye and the rest are still alive. Some of them are foundational members. You can as well bring them too. I’m sure they have enough details of what we don’t know about Baba Kenerie… thanks
We would, if we have their contacts.
Daisi Ologbosere is my uncle from Idoani together with Sunday Ojomo that was playing bass guitar
This is a Professor of Drumming.
There are more to drumming than just beating drum.Ijinle re o!
Agba konni tan lori.
E seun olotu eto.
Nice interview....can I get his contact for a media interview. Thanks
😂Baba has good sense of humour. Won keep london sardines.Mo ti rerin yo😂😂😂
Please, two poins to note: 1) Saworo ide did not originate from Britain, The technology of brass making started from Africa. 2) If iya ilu is the mother drum, Yoruba tradition believes that Gudugudu is the overall boss, the father of all the members of the the dundun set.
Thank you for the information!
If somebody want to know how to play gududu (opon), he should have been going to (ode ilu) with the elders. He must have been going to burial, ode egungun, coronation etc with the elders.
Thank you for the info
i enjoyed every bit of this interview and is really motivating drum is not about noise but most of we drummers this days we dont want to learn or make our research on how most of this things are been done.. respect to you Alahaji Musa i tap from your grace
This is very interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks
This is a lie, Ilu is from all Yorubaland not OYO. All Yoruba towns and villages has masquerade and Kings they all have Ilu which is from Ile-Ife the cradle of Yoruba. Please go and check ODU IFA.
I wish my father was alive to watch this. He was a fan of Baba Orlando Owoh
Eiya. Olorun a te baba si afefe rere!
How can we support this your prospect financially? You are doing a really good job. One of the best interview I have ever watched.
Thank you for the encouragement. Kindly send your contact details to us at info@nigbati.tv and we would reach out to you. Thank you in advance.
Baba Ayan is special. Very interesting interview
Yes it is. Thanks for watching!
changing of instrumentalist you started with from graze root is only a set back for musicians, a musician that want to go far don't change band boys like cloths. is high time they realize that
Excellent show! Ejire, I enjoy your interviews. Well done. This drummer is an excellent musician as well. Iba o 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
Rock on!
This might end up being the best interview you have ever done. I really enjoyed it especially allowing your guest to make his point without unnecessary interruptions. Kudos to both of you. Saved to my watch later and favourite list on TH-cam. Thanks for the good work.
Thanks for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed it. We try as much as possible to give our guests the freedom to express themselves, however our paramount quest is to satisfy you, our valued audience!
It appears the man is allowed to veer off the discussions on his sojourn with Orlando Owoh and his music due to the man's work experiences with some other notable musicians - King Sunny Ade and Commander Ebenezer Obey. Issues about Orlando Owoh only trickle in intermittently, and the tangible one at that, is Orlando's Alagbon experience during the military era.
On a lighter mood however, Ejire deserves a special kudos from all drummers for championing their cause on every interview like this, ditto for elderly thespians who are scarcely featured in Nollywood. I may not be wrong to guess he is passionate and sympathetic about their plights.
In my own assessment, it appears the interview does not focus deeply on Orlando Owoh and his music, like the previous interview conducted by Nigbati/Ejire with other set of drummers did of their bosses.
Thank you for your feedback. Truly appreciated!
Wow. Very insightful interview. Kudos for doing and excellent journalistic work. Thank you to the baba for the education. Excellent job

Very!
Great interview!
Glad you enjoyed it!
No, Ibarapa is not the only place of good talking drummers, nor did talking drum originate from Ibarapa. From the olden days till now, Oyo state is generally known as home of talking drum. Starting from Oyo Alaafin to the whole of Oke-Ogun ( Iseyin, Saki, Okeho Ilero, Otu, Komu, Baba-ode, Tede, Agoare), then Ibarapa (all in Oyo state), you will always find versatile and knowledgeable talking drummers. So also is Osun state known as as abode of great talking drummers- Osogbo, Ogbomoso, Ede, Ikirun, Ilesa, Oke Imesi, etc.
Thank you for the enlightenment
