Sir mitti mai crack kyu a jatee hai , dry hone lag jati hai jab kuch banane lagti hu

Use enough water,
Avoid direct air....like air from AC or Fan etc...
And after completion of making, don't let it dry very slowly, if required then cover it with a cloth to slow down the drying process....

You have not made it hollow. So you can't fire it. Unless you fire it is not terracotta! I am a terracotta artist

As this is a small item, you can bake it without making it hollow.
Obviously after baking it will call terracotta.
