I visit the Buffalo area in Wright County every summer. Beautiful town, love the lakes, beautiful farm country. Exceptionally clean, no trash or graffiti anywhere. The deal breaker for me living in that area is the winters which are just to long, and crazy cold. I love the 4 seasons but having a winter season that can take up about half the year makes me look elsewhere to live.
