    Great instruction, thank you for this.
    On the matter of this topic: what if I am NOT a member of the team, but I DO need to manage the site. Ideally I should not have access to the documents/info even. How would you set the permissions to achieve this scenario?

    • @SharePointMaven
      @SharePointMaven  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, Jeroen, happy to hear you found this helpful. This scenario is not possible. You can't be site editor without being able to access the site. In that case - the only option would be to restrict access to the document library and other assets you should not have access to - but this is too granular and not practical: sharepointmaven.com/6-locations-can-set-security-files-sharepoint-office-365/

    Thanks for your commitment
    As you know, we can share documents in the library (sharepoint 2013) with a link. I have two sites (team site 1 and teas site 2). I want to move all document from site1 to site 2. The damage of this action is that the url I shared with people is not going to work anymore.
    Is there a solution that keeps the url at the moving? thanks in advance Davai

    • @SharePointMaven
