There are news reports that HAL has established total production line capacity of 32 tejas per annum at hal bangalore/nasik combined together, tejas mark-1a could be the proverbial "silver bullet" For iaf to overcome the severe aircrafts squadron strength so iaf should think of increasing the present 83 tejas mark-1a order to 150 to 200 aircrafts and if 32 per annum production capacity is true then this order can be fulfilled in 5 to 6 years thus mitigating the severe shortage of combat aircrafts squadron strength speedily.
They would do countless tests and order a small number and then import foreign fighters in panic.

Trials and Integration of Weapons on Tejas will never be end. How many Decades Tejas MK-2, AMCA and TEDBF will take for completing their Trials and Weapon Integration?
@@AYUSH-cu4zq Trials of Tejas going on from 3 Decades and it is not ending. Do you think we can counter our Enemies just by doing Trials of Tejas which is very small Aircraft?? How many Decades AMCA, TEDBF and Tejas MK-2 will go into Trials if we can't complete Trials and Weapon Integration of Tejas MK-1 from many Decades? It is annoying and Frustrating. China Manufactured 200 J-20 Fifth Generation Jets and we can't complete Trials of our Indigenous Aircrafts and Weapons.

Hlft 42 is a hypothetical fighter no clarity on power plant(engine) it gonna use. How long for certification as we don’t have proper testing facilities have to send things abroad better get drones that are cheaper lighter and can be used for riskier missions

Was the integration of the Hammer a part of the 40 odd enhancements requested by the IAF over the Tejas mark 1 ?
LOL! The entire order of 40 Mk1 aircraft was supposed to be completed by March 2023 initially. Only a couple of trainers have been delivered, so it means 6 more trainers from the first order are yet to be delivered. 10 more trainers are planned to be delivered by March 2024 before Mk1A's start to be delivered. 16 aircrafts in the next 8 months? This is not happening.

No update on amca only clearance from mod as usual from last 5 years , I think clearance will only happen till 2030 and rollout will take place in 2040 and forget abt induction. Testing and integration taking lots of time , Tejas has rolled out so many years before and till now no gun firing test during flight , wat is going on in defence sector is completely not transparent and in name of deshsewa lots of general and upper officials of hal and drdo and looting money. None minister and officials from defence seems serious for amca and Tejas .

Tejas is an indigenous fighter jet whose engine comes from US, Radar, Pod & sensors come from Israel, weapons come France, ejection seat come from UK and so so. What a great joke it is!...😂😂😂😂😂😂
Its radar , pod and sensors has been indigenized . Most of its weapons including the BVR is now Indian.
