Strawberries and Cream Cheese Clouds Dessert Recipe: Strawberry Fest Desserts 3!

Strawberries and Cream Clouds are a dessert made in heaven! And it makes so much that you will have dessert for 5 for at least 2-3 nights! Enjoy and I hope you like it as much as I do!
Begin with the crust:
12 golden Oreos
2 cups unsalted mini pretzels
1/2 c butter
1/3 c sugar
Clouds:
3-8 oz cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 tbs vanilla
Pinch of salt
Zest of half a lemon
8 oz whipped topping
Strawberry topping:
1 lb strawberries
1 c sugar
2 tbs cornstarch
Zest of half lemon
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sliced strawberries
