He talked to the Nobel Prize’s Adam Smith minutes after hearing the news, about the pleasure of finding things out, the electrifying growth of the microRNA field over the years, and the benefits of taking time out. And as for what’s about to follow: “It’s going to be a fun ride!”

I just read about the microRNA topic from my robbins just a few days ago and it really intrigued me ..I can’t imagine the amount of hard work it took to even discover this special mechanism..it’s completely non intuitive and an unbelievable mechanism but still Mr Gary kept on working on it and eventually now has received the highest honour a researcher can wish for..
