Warriors losing Iguodala in 2018 helped Houston a ton more than people realize too though. Not having what might be your best perimeter/wing defender against what was essentially a perimeter-only offense is a big blow. Houston choked, yes but both teams healthy they never really had a shot against GSW. Nobody did

Loving these vids, D! I would like to see one talking again in retrospect about our 2022 championship team. Cause I feel like that team is kinda slept on today. I feel like people today tend to regard it as a weaker championship roster, but I disagree. That team was more well rounded than people give them credit for though. Steph was going through slump that year, but if he was playing at his peak level we would have had a top level scorer, plus a consistent 40% shooter in Klay, peak Wiggins giving us a super consistent 17-20 points per game every game and locking down the opposing team’s best perimeter player, Draymond who was injured for a lot of that season, but who was still defending, passing and rebounding at an extremely high level, and peak Looney just being solid on defense, setting good screens and grabbing a ton of rebounds. Add on to that Poole as a spark plug off the bench, plus GP2, Beli, OPJ, and just a collection of really solid contributors giving us a deep bench and you can see why we won the chip that year. It was a super solid deep team, and honestly if it weren’t for injuries and Steph’s slump I think we could have definitely won 60+ games that year. We were on track to do so before injuries hit
really love the vid, but for me rivalries are where the other team beats the other in the playoffs. The rockets came close once, but it was still mostly a yearly ass beating.
I actually think people don't give the 2018 G7 Rockets enough credit. They were the best regular season team. And the ONLY, I repeat...ONLY team to ever take that unstoppable warriors team to a Game 7. Did they succeed? Naw. But at least they tried and their defense was pretty good. They turned the warriors into an isolation offense. Unfortunately, the guy who played iso was...Kevin Durant. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ lol

Ok
Nah
Houston really tried it. Too bad they choked
Not in 2019, they flat out lost
they haven't been good since the 90s tbh that 08 team with yao and t-mac was fun though
Built their whole team around beating the warriors and still couldn’t do it

The Rockets were the only team to go toe to toe with them. They beat the warriors more than lost regular season and playoffs included those seasons.

Crazy they missed all those 3s. They win this series, LeBron definitely has 5 rings because Bron was going CRAZY that year.
if warriors made all their threes also, they win the series
What trades u think warriors should make
Curry should be included 🫠
They missed the playoffs cause draymond was suspended they don't really gotta do much, Just run it back if draymond doesn't miss games next season
