The nightingale is incredible it has stayed with me since I finished it!! It took me a little bit to get into but very much worth pushing through!! Since then I’ve read the great alone which became one of my all time favourite books I couldn’t recommend it enough. The way she describes settings truly transports you!
Girl I looove Tress and the Emerald Sea!! It is slightly based on Princess Bride, which is a fantastic movie by the way. And the story behind it being published is he wrote five secret novels during covid (as in he didnt tell anyone he was writing them), all of them for his wife, and published four in a massive kickstarter in 2022 or 2023, and they are all soo good!!
To anyone who might struggle with similar print issues: print a nozzle-check pattern and run a nozzle-cleaning (might have to do it multiple times in a row to see results). That should sort out most issues 🫶🏼 You can find those under the printer maintenance settings on your computer or on the printer itself if it has a screen. 😊
Rachel I was having troubles with my color printer as well! When the print screen comes up on your computer, make sure to change the “print quality” to best instead of default/standard. This completely fixed my printing quality!!! Loved the video🫶🏼

That could indicate that the print-nozzles are clogged. See if your printer has a setting where you can clean &/or align the printer heads. You should be able to run a test page on each to see if that is the problem, but from the little glance you gave of the print out, that is what it looks like to me.
I really live Jane Austen! I really recomend Sense and Sensibility, as I usually hate reading classics, but that book, Sense snd Sensibility, had me hooked!!

I noticed that you've been mentioning your Kobo more recently and would love to know your thoughts on the pros and cons of each and which is better. i love these type of videos! i adored tress of the emerald sea! you CAN read it without having read any other cosmere novels, you just won't pick up on any of the connections to the other series and one of the characters' actions may be a little confusing (but also he is kinda always confusing throughout the other books too lol)

Oh yay, enjoy Lessons in Chemistry! It’s a good one. I have heard great things about the other two as well. I actually just finished The Women by Kristin Hannah (my first by her). It was a really emotional read, but it was excellent.
All the light we cannot see WAS hard to get into because it’s heavy and jumping not just back in time but between two unfamiliar countries was difficult BUT it was the last book I finished and I really enjoyed it. 4.5 🌟 worth the effort! ❤
What are the proportions you use for printing the covers of your books for in your journal? I want to start adding them too but don't really know how big to make them...
