As a true born Scot, Tony Curran's understanding of his nation's history is innate. And his physical similarity to portraits of the real James VI/I is uncanny. His affection and regard for Mary And George remains undeniable, even though his career has moved forward, just as it should. I love his relaxed "have at it" attitude to the storytelling and the sexuality. Absolutely so! His comments about working with Galitzine are also honest and heartwarming, both as people and as actors, and on their on set chemistry. A 'pudgy wee king' indeed!
