I saw a video of someone eating stew with Fufu and decided I must try it. I made a delicious lamb stew and I should have known better, but I bought a box of NEAT plantain fufu from the international market. I made it and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Horrible flavour and broke apart with no elasticity whatsoever. I am now headed to the supermarket to pick up some cassava and unripe plantain to do it right. SMH at myself. Your recipe looks incredible and I look forward to trying real fufu for the first time!

Use yam instead my brudda, Cassava gives you erectile dysfunction. Cassava is native to South America, yam is native to Africa
I haven't had any issues in that department, I will have to check that information out
I never ,ever ate Fufu
