Diagnosis of someone with anemia could only be determined in blood works. Was there any blood works done that showed that he died from lack of hemoglobin/ lack of iron in his body in his blood cells or was he just declared dead with the cause of death been amenia without any blood works done?

Negligence of health care professionals in most third world countries should be highly investigated. People have been burried alive.
