I’m a retired US army now I work as a security officer in Multicare Hospital so what is wrong with that Ghanaians. I don’t wanna stress myself and relaxing job in the whole world.
Most of Ghanaians are uncivilized and prideful for being ignorant! That’s the difference between the Western world and Africa. Anything that you do in Europe or America you need to have knowledge about it and have understanding about it. There are regulations and rules regarding every job therefore one needs to take classes and take tests for certification. You can’t look down on someone because of the type of work they do. Absolutely, it’s a no, no! Respect and kindness is essential. It common to see a physician married to a security or someone with less qualifications and it’s not an issue.

Is never true that gh is better than Poland and the eastern European countries. Gh is better than any country in the world cos is our home and we feel the sense of belonging than abroad but in terms of development, infrastructure and economy gh doesn't match even any country even in Asia.

People from north comes and settle in Kumasi, fixing watches , shoe repair , susu collection etc and we who call ourselves oseikrom guys don't have no jobs but rather stealing our parents clothes to sell. I worked as a security guard to foot my tuition in America. In America, a PHD CANNOT get access to work in sanitation. Am proud of this guy and if will all take any job in Ghana .........

In America, you need to write their job certification exams. I know Ghanaians who did their masters in the US and wrote those job certifications and had their certs. They used that for job applications and got it.
