I have a question. I have noticed that several of the eval forms have specific color requirements for the pen color. are the pens provided for the required color or are we expected to bring multiple pens to the exam?
Hi Mam, Please the medication that we're to mention in background, is it the one on the Overview history or the one on the MAR chart? Also, if it is the ones on the MAR chart, are we mentioning only the ones that we've served or all the medications on the MAR including what was not due at our time?

It says doctor on the Evaluation template from the test centre ,however it should not make any difference as long as you follow the marking criteria for the points to add in your verbal handover

You will be given paperwork back from assessment, Implementation and planning station too.

Am preparing osce now...actually we are giving hand over to another ward or department....are you sure is it a doctor??
