Hey Miriam. The next time you do fried rice, try oyster sauce instead of or with soy sauce. It makes the rice taste a little sweet. Also, go easy at first because it might get salty really quick. 🤗

I would love you to make a Louisiana staple......Red Beans and Rice with smoked Sausage. I would normally eat fried chicken with it but Red Beans and Rice can be a dish on its own.

Great recipe. Did you use day old rice? I learned that you are supposed to use day old for fried rice.

Looks nice. I usually add a little oyster sauce and a little sesame oil in addition to soy sauce to get that authentic Chinese flavor.
