For those steel pieces in the cast aluminum motor ends, I've taken to using bolt cutters to chomp at the Al. Less messy than the grinder and quieter too❤
@@bentleyalder5492 it wasn’t in the cast aluminum, it was rusted on the steel shaft of the rotor. Otherwise I would’ve just used a hammer lol I appreciate you watching.

That an amazing item they don't make them like that anymore. Good haul of goodies . 👍 A tip if you don't mine . = I use u a thick aluminium plate under the transformers / motor . With the machete. The sharp edge doesn't get damaged when you hit the sold aluminium plate and the edge last longer . Hope this helps pal

What little green caterpillar you had there was a tomato worm that will be a moth, I do believe. Neet little contraption you torn apart, I would do the same to get the most value out of it rather than spread price!!!
Maybe but I don’t think people want to watch wire stripper that long lol. The hatchet is better on transformers, the thickness doesn’t work well with motors in my experience.
@@joleepack6512 it’s held up really well with snow but I think the most I had on it was about 18 inches of fairly dry snow. I’ve got it bolted down to the floor I built so it’s not been bothered by the wind at all. It’s been through 50 mph winds with gusts up to 60 mph. It’s made by Shelter Logic My only complaint is the sun eats the material and it only lasted one summer but I bought some heavy duty tarps and put over it. No leaks at all. Hope this helps.
Yes, there is a green, "copper underwing" pattakitter. And no,.... you cannot scrap them like you just did to your wife's last juicer. They are genderless so we call them they, and if they wanted to be in the grass, they could have been easily. They chose the enclosure so they can spin without harassment . Then Krampus kicked them out of their home and threw them to the predators on christmas. It's an old story.
