This video was private for awhile. Thank you so much for bringing it back. This video has meant so much to me over the years... and it still hits just as hard as the first time i heard it.
I was a 7th grader the first time I seen this , first year playing football and I carried this video with me for years. It was always the start to my workouts at 3am it was my put on when I needed that extra kick in the ass . Anyways I ended my football career with a D-1 degree and even though I never reached my dreams of the NFL this one video has pushed me through things over the years my girl kids and family couldn't. It hits so deep because I remember how hungry I was and stoll am as a human being it always bring the dawg out in me
I have one last chance, one last chance to follow my passion and I honestly don't know if I'm going to do it. Football is my passion and I don't want to look back on my life and regret not playing, I have one more chance to play, one more chance to do what I love. This was a huge help. It's motivation at its finest!
in my sophomore year of highschool and junior I would watch this and I loved this as a emotional inspirational view and in my senior year I had the most tragic thing happen have my coach leave and get kicked out by the district for an incident not his fault and of course if the staff principles not liking him they did not bother stopping this so what had happened was that we got new coach staff members as all of our coaches got fired I forgot about the inspiration and now my senior year is over I was not able to finish my last year with the coach I started with ... but now since my season is over I'm looking at this 2 years later and the inspirational speach just brings me to tears...
3 years later and I’m back here ... using these same motivational speeches and in the end it’s not about the video it’s about seeing how old and knowing if I would be here years later..
i remember when this came out i was in 4th grade playing football i used to listen to it every single night before i went to bed now i’m graduating high school this year 😔
This inspires me to be a professional football player so much. I'm only 13, and I play on a youth football team but almost every day, I go to the gym, I play with friends, I do everything I can to get ready for college and NFL. Thank you for sharing this, very, very, motivational.
kid hit hard even when your in pain, don't stop till the ref blows the whistle, go hard every day, get that last rep in at the gym and when you thinks that's enough keep pushing to do more, keep pushing your body to the limits don't quit , most important thing about playing football HAVE FUN
u want to workout and run i am 3 years older than u if u work hard and never give up u will win be the best u can be i play tight end and D end and never chould play because they said i was not good enough so i worked and worked and i got to start
MrVela024 acutally the most important thing is that u want it and that you are willing to give more than your best. you have to be willing to get better so that your best gets more and more. and don't you ever dare to doubt that you can reach your targets
Sophomore, 14, 5"7 and 195ibs. This video goes out to me and my team everyday I send it out everyday. Its amazing what you can do with this sort of motivation. We we're League Champions last season, gonna do it again this season!
when the video ends, I started to cry, all those moments when I used to play football, I still play, my life changed when I started to love this sport, and I know Football is much more than a life :')
I'm just 16 years old my passion is football I love this sport and nothing will stop me I'm going to be the best of the best in my team so I could make my team unbeatable I LOVE FOOTBALL
I'm going to share this with my grandson he is 14 yrs old soon to be 15 yes he live, love the game he breath football the game is in our family...I have a uncle tht play (PRO) football and he was good st wht he did,I whould love to say u so much for sharing ur video my God bless u $$$$
I'm a defensive lineman and I am not even in middle school and this video motivated me so much. So much that I do 100 puch ups a day for football and I'm ready to sack some quarterbacks
This video motivated me so much because I broke my wrist before the season started and everyone was saying I can't play football I'm to weak I'm out of shape and especially with a broken wrist but I didn't listen to them I worked all day and I even worked on making my wrist stronger and then the season started and I got mad with people saying I suck and I'm gonna quit so I worked my butt off and came to every practice worked as hard as I possibly can and earned myself a starting position on offense as a left guard and sometimes tight end and as a defensive end on defense including special teams and from that moment on I became my teams MVP and I was a rookie too so anything is possible as long as you put that work in!
Wanna tryout sophomore year but I'm scared of being rejected or made fun of by the "better players" for not being as athletic this really helped me thanks dude I'm gonna try my best next year
Go for it. We all started somewhere and everybody will understand it's not like they've been incredible football players their entire year. And football is a sport for every bodytype and every skill set the only question is if you're ready to put in the time and grind.
If those "better players" are successful and hard working in what they do then they will not make fun of you. If there for real then they would inspire and motivate you. Keep working my man!
Everyday day, every second, every hour you have got to give it 110% there is no quitting! Quitting is for weaklings, quitting is an excuse. So what somebody thinks you suck, So what somebody doesn't think you have what it takes. But we ALL have haters and we can't let those haters get in the way of our hopes and dreams! You've got to be willing to sacrifice your body and time to be the best you can be!!
I got one last year and im in a position I am not excited to play but I'm not about to quit as many times I've thought about it hell I want to be a damn doctor like I could just quit and regret it but nah Imma bear all my energy to focus on one thing forgetting the past and looking to what lies ahead for which God is calling on me
May last year in high school got me in tears never will get to play with guys I got to for the last 4 years goin to Alabama to play hope my dreams come true #Nevergiveup
Same here. I haven't played a down of football a day in my life. Now I'm sitting here at 13 years old, 5'4, 140 lbs, and looking like I'm going to be the future of TEs. When I was in the 2nd and 3rd grade, I was the next Bo Jackson. Serious. My dad was building me up to play football, because he thought I was too passive. Then, when I was on top, one day my dad was rushed to the hospital. He had been diagnosed with lung cancer. He died 18 months later. He was tough. Carrying Stage 4 Leukemia for 18 months is unreal. I ended up eating over the depression. I gained over 20 pounds in the summer of 2013. I went to middle school at a whopping 150. As the months progressed, I gained weight. My highest weight was 157 pounds. It had to stop. So I started wrestling. Picked up strentgh, speed, and stamina. I used to run a 12 second forty time! Now I'm a 7 (which is still slow) but I'm getting faster. It doesn't matter when you start, it's what you do with when you start. Just know that.
Hello, im a college freshman (class of 2015) before my very eyes it was all over and wanted to share to all highschool freshman to beware of your decisions and work hard every year. i missed out on many opportunities, go to summer workouts, hit every rep in the weight room. Dont be afraid of varsity during spring, buy yourself a speed ladder. i'm a college cornerback 5'11 157lbs at a junior college, i'm doing everything now that i should've done years ago. if your a skilled position "DO TRACK" if your a lineman "DO WRESTLING" heck do both.
+MIchoacano 52215 that's good thinking I'm about to be a sophmore and it's better to be strong now then try and build strength from the ground up later so you can focus more on skill
I’m not from America, but this is still the funnest sport, the best sport and the hardest sport, I spent two years of my life trying to find a team, I did and I have most sacks, most tackle, and most forced fumbles. I’m 4,9 and 40kg, 13 years old and the hardest hitting safety in Queensland, Australia.
