I really enjoyed this history. The last part gave me an actual chill! (reminescent of The Shining) Your vocal performance gets better & better. Looking forward to more. Tell Stoker I say HI!😺 All The Best to you. 🌹
I had a paranormal experience there at the Grand Galvez Hotel a handful of years ago. I met an orphan girl in the largest of the meeting rooms in the middle of a summer day. She appeared to me as a full body apparition and looked absolutely physical. At first i thought she was a guest and wandered off from her family. I live that hotel and I live 45 minutes away from Galveston. There is a cemetery, created in connection with the 1900 hurricane, was built on a spot underneath the hotel.
Nice to know that in 1915, people also decided to make the best of a situation, and have a Hurricane Party. It's become a bit of a Coastal Texas tradition....
i went there in 2016 with my parents it was fun but then a couple of years ago i started to know its haunted i wanna go back with ghost equipment and find ghosts or something
The Galvez isn't haunted. You must have been misinformed. Or maybe you were thinking about the Holiday Inn Express farther along the seawall. THAT one's haunted, for sure.
I love Texas stories i live an hour away from Galveston
Same
Then you live in Houston that’s cool🤩
I’m an Islander and I didn’t know many details about the hotel. I have heard that it’s haunted. Very interesting.

The Galvez is really a beutiful hotel! The whole city is haunted....and we are really ok with that!
The Galvez Hotel, Tremont Hotel, Hubcap Grille and Wal-Mart are most definitely haunted.
