Aka used a Turgenev (T, B) Eden to rotate faster and buy time so she doesn't need to ult. She just applies her stigmata buffs thru her QTE so Mei can stay in ult and deal damage longer now that Eden's not wasting Zhenyi buff timer. Generally, in a HoT team with Eden on Full Handel or Margrave, it requires her to ult and it does do more damage but this particular boss punishes long rots.
true me too! but using eden burst will actually significantly decrease the clear speed since it won't provide good enough buffs to mei in this comp so it'll be a waste
She'd probably a little harder to use. The reason we want her weapon is because it's auto cast in her QTE + it has multiple hits so it reapplies Turg's buffs. Could be wrong in some things but her signature weapon makes her so easy to use.
eden gun allows for quick rotations and auto application of fascination (40% tdm) thru qte. w/o the gun you’d still have to fill second bar with basic atks and combo atk (the note bomb combo) which can throw off and derail timings. the weapon is def very important for eden so id suggest testing out rots and see if buff timings align. otherwise, better to look for alternatives and save up for the gun
It's a animation cancel. By holding ATK while the Weapon Active animation is going, it'll cancel the lightning scatter and Kurikara starts bombarding instead. No need for evasion, just hold ATK and it'll automatically cancel.

And paralyse trauma, really important for SSS Eden, without it, you’re doing a lot less damage in general depending on boss

pretty sure there's no ani-cancel for Eden, but just simply QTE then switch off to HoT

I believe it was animation skipping, by immediately pressing evasion & holding attack button to make the dragon jump and do the dragonbreath.
