I have errors when I’m trying to Generate the talking avatar from replicate site. I’m I doing something wrong?
If your avatar looks too fake the program find it difficult to detect the lips to make the lipsync. Try creating a more realistic one

It says it “runs out of memory”, so shorter ones are the way to go. I have yet to find the max limit but that’s just a bit of information for everyone.

Its because it doesn't recognize the lips of your avatar ( maybe its too cartoonish? ) try to zoom it or pick a different avatar with more realistic lips
