His shifts were off, no adherence to the racing line, and early braking. I wouldn’t say it was a good lap but then again, I’m not in an AMG One 😂
@@hatehaters494 yeah I sim race, so it's obvious it wasn't the best lap from a racers perspective, however he's way better than 98% of average Joe's from the street if you chucked em in that car and told em to lap

It's totally different sitting in the passenger seat. You don't have the same feeling of control that you do in the drivers seat with your hands on the wheel, it's more like sitting on a rollercoaster. Manny screaming is still funny AF tho. 😂

That thing sounds amazing!!! + The lap record times and the adaptive aero technology with the F1 Powertrain definitely puts the AMG project One among the same ranks as a Koenigsegg Jesko in my book. I haven't driven neither yet but I will at least have one of each in my fleet very soon. I know you wouldn't be willing to sell yours but I will find a willing seller. Were there any Ford GT like clauses for reselling the AMG one within the first year? Will we expect to see market listings pop up?
This car is absolutely insane! No wonder why it took Mercedes so much time to make it possible and at the same time to be somewhat reliable having this engine

Chichester (Goodwood) was such a lovely little town. The B-roads are soooo narrow compared to America! But what a test site for the AMG-One!

I have a lot of respect for Manny leaving in the soundbite at the end of the video where he was pleading for the Mercedes Team Driver to stop accelerating. Nobody who has ever ridden in a massively powerful car as a passenger can ever understand it. And this Mercedes One car is one of the fastest accelerating cars on earth. Think about that. And Manny is infinitely experienced at driving and owning ultra powerful cars. Manny knows ultrafast. So that damn Mercedes must be an absolute rocket ship. When the experienced Mercedes One factory driver got in and dropped the throttle all the way to the floor for what seemed like a ridiculously long time, about 100% of us would be saying the same thing. You can't understand just how damn fast this Mercedes One is. That's why Manny left that sound bite in. My God, that must be a fast damn car. Bravo Mercedes.
Nice to be out in the English Countryside Manny, away from the hustle and bustle of cities and busy towns! Can be very relaxing! You will have to come out with me on a the Carbon Racing Bike for a 100km cycle next time you are in England. I am in Hertfordshire you would love it :)

You should ship 3 cars out to Lime Rock Park for a private track day. That is a good course that is shorter and has all the elements to improve driving. It is 1.5 Miles with multiple layouts on an original circuit.
