    amazing seth is great in story telling and explanations, he understands the audience and breaks down all the movements so any starter can catch up , his training methods are also ideal for professionals with 9-5 jobs.....

    I love the workouts man. I come from a football background so we did more of a powerlifting/crossfit style of workouts. Now that I’m done playing I’m getting into the bodybuilding side of working out and your videos have helped a lot!

    I think seth is very sharp I've done his workouts as close as I can I'm 62 it's never to late to build muscle I've been bodybuilding for 44 years but Seth has shown me some badass exercises great variety I've had 3 shoulder surgery's never going stop thank you seth

    I love to run the rack on flys and presses. I try to do ten sets each progressive overload. From 30 reps light all the way up to 3 reps heavy.

      Wang Lo one of the strongest youngsters I have ever seen.
      There are a number of people who are straight animals at Legends of Pittsburgh (that's the gym I go to). It gets intense! I love it.

    My shoulders are finally getting better sort of. So this video is a great start to chest again. But I'm gonna do it at a lower intensity and just keep it steady to avoid injury until I'm positive I'm ready for hardcore chest workouts.

      Thinking about injuries is a great fucking way to avoid getting injured.
      I dunno wtf you think about while working out but almost every complex lift I do I'm very conscious of all aspects I might get injured with.
      Depth, control, form, not pushing it too far, are all things everybody should be thinking about so you don't get hurt.
      You shouldn't ever be saying fuck it I don't care about injury I'm just gonna go do this PR or set...especially if you've recently been injured. You should be very thoughtful about a weak point like that.
