Is there anyone who is talking about the harsh reality of pretty much all of Bay County and how it's just about impossible to survive here. It's no longer a meritocracy that's for sure! I can't even live with my parents without having their property taxes go up and they're 80 and 90 years of age, thanks city counsel!

It is extremely expensive! The fact that a lot of folks moving here are remote workers certainly hurts the other working folks of the area.

It certainly isn’t cheap. These are just some of the more affordable options. Much more lower cost properties in PC. I have a video dropping on that tomorrow.
And don’t forget. You’re paying someone’s mortgage regardless. If it’s rent than it’s your landlord’s. Much better to pay your own and build wealth for your family than build wealth for someone else.
