Oh my God I know exactly when this commercial came out. I visited Cleveland When I was a little kid back in 1990 and had memorized this stupid commercial by heart. Being from South Florida I didn't know what hard water was but to this day have been haunted by that stupid jingle. Lol

They played this in St. Louis as well. I sang it as a kid to my sister and it made her laugh at how overwrought the emotion is over singing about soap
