Beef short ribs on Yoder. Thinking of doing it on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. 2 to 3 hours seasoned on grill at about 250 and then finishing in Dutch Oven or covered Lodge cast iron dish with a wine/garlic/butter/beef broth mixture for another hour or so....I will be doing a 10-12lb turkey on my Yoder after a 2 day dry brine of Naturiffic Harvest Dry Brine....
@johnwhittington2263 I got you. Beef short rib video is coming out on Tuesday. You will want to cook them closer to 3 hours in the braising liquid. I cold smoked at 160 for 2 hours first 🍻
Mad Scientist BBQ did a couple videos on how to do better chicken breast and the key is lots of butter. Yours with the herbs looks great. That's a huge turkey breast but you could slice that all up and make sandwiches or something later. I bet it smelled fantastic.
Great video my friend, but you lost ME, and I'm sure just me alone, at the thyme, rosemary, and sage! My whole family would send me to the nuthouse if I did that.

I vote sausage. Dial in that craft. Plus you can cold smoke on the Yoder.

Beer can chicken, would be nice to see! I make it in my oven. But I will try it on my new Traeger Pro 575.
I have some fresh sausages planned soon, but will def do some smoked ones as well. 🍻
The steam as it rises carries the butter through the foil wrinkled up on top, then it runs down the sides.
Nice cook!
Ahhh that makes sense. Thanks! 🍻

I sliced it up and vac packed it in 1/2 pound packs to keep it as fresh as possible. Def was a hit. 🍻
Pretty sure my cholesterol went up 50 pts by just watching this! And, totally worth it. Looks tasty. I appreciate your videos and insights.
🤣 thanks 🍻

Thanks James 🍻
Delicious!
Thanks man. 🍻
Great video. Might be good to slice the breast and then drizzle on the leftover butter
Yep for sure. All sliced up and now and vac packed. 🍻
Man I wish I could find turkey breast like this locally to Southern Maryland.
Any butcher should be able to get them from now until Jan pretty easily. 🍻
@@RumandCook thanks!
There is a butcher shop in Springfield VA that can source those Turkey breasts. Got a 8 pounder once and it was marvelous.
im more of a red meat guy, but i bet thatd make some tasty sandwiches
I’m with you, but it’s damn tasty when done right. 🍻

Haha classic holiday herbs in any stuffing. It’s ok. I hate cinnamon apple and my wife can’t understand why. 🍻
