I think this is a real English conversation and very helpful. I was looking for something that wasn't too basic, wasn't too difficult, and could actually have a conversation. I think I've found it now. Thank you very much. Just i hope to see the script and the spelling what you guys talk. - from korea, English learner

IELTS Examiner: How do you feel about early morning exercise?"
    Me after watching this video:
Well, you know, early morning exercise is not exactly my cup of tea. I'm more of a night owl, and waking up at the crack of dawn to hit the gym or to go for a run is not something I do every day. I mean, who wants to burn the midnight oil working out when you can be snug as a bug in a rug in your cozy bed, right?
Having said that, I do understand the importance of staying fit and healthy. So, once in a blue moon, when I decide to challenge myself, I set the alarm clock, drag myself out of bed while it's still dark and rainy cats and dogs outside, and head to the gym. And as you might've already understood, it's not always as easy as a piece of cake. I envy those who are as busy as bees in the morning, jogging around the park, looking as cool as cucumbers while I'm still half-asleep.
But you know what they say, the early bird catches the worm, and sometimes, a good morning workout can make you feel like you've achieved something great. So, Bob's your uncle, I'll keep trying to embrace it, even if it's just for an apple a day to keep that doctor away! 🤣🤣🤣

    1. piece of cake.
    2. easy peasy lemon squeezy
    3. It’s not really my thing.
    4. Not with any regularity.
    5. work through the night.
    6. pull an all-nighter

One of the strenuous parts is that you can actually look up the words or idioms in the dictionary, and it never tells frequency, so when you google that, you can also see people anyway use them. I have no idea if they're outdated or sound cliche. ChatGPT says 'It's raining cats and dogs' is a common idiom. This seems arduous.

10 Cliche idioms you should stop using
    1. Raining cats and dogs
Native speakers use it not to convey the meaning about the weather, but to make people laugh
=> Using it in a sarcastic way
Instead, they say "It's raining buckets" or "It's pouring outside"
    2. It's not my cup of tea
Just say it to be funny => Like sarcasm, using high descending intonation
=> You can say "That's not (really) my thing"
    3. It's a piece of cake
= Easy peasy (lemon squeezy) (more natural)
    4. Once in a blue moon
Bob uses "not with any regularity" or "not with any great degree of any regularity"
    5. To burn the midnight oil
= work though the night = pull an all-nighter
    6. Bob's your uncle
    = Tada~~~
    7. The early bird catches/gets the worm
= at the crack of dawn => Ex: I was up at the crack of dawn
    8. As cool as a cucumber
=> Cheesy, cliche, it really means like calm and unflappable in the face of
    challenges
    => Just use "super cool/unfazed/non-plussed"
But in US, "non-plussed" means something completely different from what it means in the UK, something like "unimpressed"
    9. To be as busy as a bee
    = I don't get a moment's rest these days = I don't get moment free these days = I am a busy bee
Bonus: Social butterfly = Classic extrovert >< Wallflower (Hoa tuong vi) = introverted people
I want to lay claim to it = Toi muon tuyen bo ve no
    10. An apple a day keeps the doctor away
Urgggg @@, to some native speakers, it's totally opposite to what it actually means
