decision makers and a vital member of the support staff.
On the episode, GM Monti Ossenfort reflects on his scouting roots and the importance of family during a long drive to Indianapolis. Head Coach Jonathan Gannon and his new coordinators Drew Petzing and Nick Rallis discuss their shared values and views on teamwork during a pre-dawn trek
to the gym. And two men who’ll have a large role in the Draft - Assistant General Manager Dave Sears and Director of College Scouting Josh Scobey - talk about player-evaluation and blending new and existing staff.

I hope so too. Letting our hometown guy, Byron Murphy, and a budding talent like Zach Allen go hurt a lot. I understood letting a lot of our other free agents go but those guys deserved to stay. Lets hope they knock that draft out of the park because otherwise it will be Tank year part 2.

Hope they can draft better than Keim since they couldn't seem to keep their own free agents. It's troubling that two of the best defensive players on the team did not want to play for Gannon.
It’s not that they didn’t want to play for Gannon, they wanted to get paid and they weren’t going to get that money here because we don’t have it.
We do have it , but we aren’t paying it. What’s the point of locking keims players into expensive contracts when K1 isn’t even going to be healthy this season
They are doing the right thing and building through the draft - this season don’t expect anything

I have been a cardinals fan all my life and we have been rebuilding every year not to talk down on nobody but like we need to draft someone and stay with them we all ready got ride of Byron Murphy first round pick and Zach Allen a first round pick I thought we would learn our lesson with hasson redick but now we think Kyler is our best option when he needs to grow up I think we should bench him this year and maybe learn off of humbleness and learn that everyone isn’t perfect

A proper rebuild takes time. The players who left weren't Montis players. This isn't Montis roster. If this is what it takes to finally establish a Winning Culture, then you need to be more optimistic. Free Agency doesn't fix culture, it's to fill a few needs to put a team over the hump. Because of Keim we don't have that luxury. We need to draft correctly and have a couple good draft classes to turn this around. You're a clown.

The club interviewer coordinator is an odd job.
Whoever is in charge of making these videos needs to put more energy into it. It’s so lackluster I need to feel pump to know what’s happening with my team and I never feel that with these videos at the end of the day we are football fans and we love adrenaline so I ask where is the excitement and energy!! I hope we can improve on this because we need to get better overall
The drop in the quality of content for this years Flight Plan is already significantly noticeable. It is too gimmicky with poor camerawork (How is gimbal footage so unsteady?! Buy a Dual Handle Gimbal!!), irrelevant stock B Roll footage and the narration is cringe worthy. It is a genuine shame to see Flight Plan so lacklustre already. I learned literally nothing as to how the combine went for the Cardinals nor what their focus was or an insight into the people in the room besides Monti. In previous years episodes were significantly longer with deeper insight, professionalism and production value; now it feels like a cheap and lazy school project made by a 2 man team, fans don't need to have the combine format explained to them, it feels like you're spoon-feeding fans which is insulting. I love the Cardinals, but this quality of content is shocking. Lose the awful B Roll and attempts to be cheesy and funny, along with the witty narration which is void of relevance and isn't professional or offer a professional outlook to the league. Flight Plan was known for being the exemplar, which so many teams chose to emulate it, so why has there been such a heavy deviation from such a successful formula for media production? If there was a scorecard for Flight Plan, it is easily an F- compared to previous seasons.
I was gonna say this too. What happened to the quality? Not even a Cards fan but as a football fan, i love watching things like this. Sucks that the quality seems to have dropped off for this.
