Yea, those should be interesting! I'm expecting a big time jump in the story similar to what he did with Mistborn because there was so much time that passed IRL between the 5th and 6th + 7th books.
The Cosmere re-read I'm on at the moment was a really good decision, it's amazing how many little details there are embedded in Sanderson's books that become clearer on the second pass. He's definitely an author I think lives up on a re-read, even if you're familiar with the broad strokes of the book you're reading.
@@Majesticon oh yea. These spaces tend to be echo chambers with dissenters staying quiet to avoid the hassle. But there's lots of people in the same camp as you.
Best wishes with what you read next. Hope its a good one.
Just started this on audio when I'm doing yard work and stuff. I'm liking it so far!
It only gets better the further in you go!
It was pretty enjoyable when I read it several years ago. I’ll definitely have to check out the upcoming sequel

I enjoyed it a lot. Now I’m curious to reread it after I’ve read more of the cosmere

I love Elantris. I have read it three times now.
It has an S-tier Sanderlanche 😂
@@JosephReadsBooks definitely, and an under-rated one at that!
This might be my least favorite writer
That's unfortunate, but a not unpopular take either!
@OnlyTheBestFantasyNovels oh? I find that surprising, every single fantasy reviewer I've watched seem to be pretty obssessed with him 🥴🤔🥴
