    Thank you for sharing your meditation techniques! Haven’t found anything that worked till I found your channel! And this video is really good, love that it’s just 15minutes, often times hard to take the time for something longer and as a beginner it’s hard to sit for long anyway, so wonderful!!🙏✨🌸🙌

    Awesome channel. I've been going through it and I've come to realize this is what I was doing as a child. Ive been looking to deepen my practice with formal stuff, but I've been doing the formal stuff, so now I'm ready to put the Yoga Sutras into play. Thanks bro, it helps out being able to understand it better.

    Wonderful beginner’s practice. I like your technique and simplicity with which you teach. I am going to devote more time to learning about Kriya yoga system by watching your channel and following your techniques. I am brand new to Kriya yoga, although a meditator since the 1990’s.
    My heart has called me to Kriya in the past few months. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    When I wake up or before bed I use this meditation or your 20 minute meditation. After work if I have time I do your 45 minute meditation. I feel calm and tranquil and my mindfulness in life has improved. Thank you very much for this. It all started from reading Steve Jobs Autobiography which led me to Autobiography of a Yogi.     Thank you, Ryan. I really enjoyed the meditation. My night alarm went off during the end of the meditation. Now, of course, I know that if something was urgent, I would get out of my meditation and resolve the situation. But do you suggest that when flukes like that happen, to let the alarm or noise go off and continue to train our awareness to stay focused on the breath? I just let it keep going.
    But as a side note, I think I had a little breakthrough even before you mentioned your closing comment. Oh, we are supposed to bring this state with us in life. Aware of our surroundings but also aware of our internal state without judgment and also stay aware of our breath. I'm not sure why that just registered. Lol. Your guided meditation made it click, so thank you!!

      If you get distracted, attend to the distraction and then pick up where you left off.
